Tranquil, remote, beautiful setting with immaculately clean home and outside spaces. The house was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for the kitchen and bathrooms, and there was a very generous supply of games, puzzles and reading material. The outside tree house and pond were nice places to just sit away from the house, and the trails were fun to explore. Even outdoor games were provided. The fire pit and pizza oven provided our entertainment in the evenings. The host communication was exceptional! Everyone in our group agreed this is a wonderful getaway and are looking forward to staying here again!

The Valley View Cottage was absolutely amazing! Don’t hesitate to book. They have everything you need and more! The property is gorgeous. We spent the entire weekend on the patio and around the fire pit. You will not be disappointed! The tree house was so fun to explore. The pond was beautiful in the early morning as the sun rose. Beautiful quiet and peaceful getaway

Overall a great experience. Took the kids fishing on the pond, hikes on the trails and watched the sunrise while the deer played in the field. Very much enjoyed the proximity to Mohican for local attractions but far enough away to be secluded.

Great Stay

We were 3 couples that get together every year for a weekend getaway. We loved our stay. The owners are great communicators and take beautiful care of their property. If anything, we feel their own description of the property is too modest. It's wonderful for a getaway to have some fun and laughs. Close to Mohican for some great hiking. Highly recommend a weekend stay.
