Great condo!

Great communication from condo owner. Beautiful view of Austin and easy to get around. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Will stay again if we are in Austin again!

Amazing Austin flat

SUCH A LOVELY STAY FOR AUSTIN!

This was exactly what me and my husband needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and lots of extra towels and linens. The view off the balcony was great and the in the building gym had everything we needed and was hardly used. Pool was great, it is not heated so know that if visiting not in summer. Great location, close to lots of night clubs and such. Parking was easy, 6th floor was never full while we stayed. Just remember to reserve it via the code hanging by the elevators, you had to re-register your car every 24th a, but it was free so worth it. The weekend evenings can be a little loud outside with all the clubs close so maybe bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Host was super quick to respond and helpful. Loved our stay! Austin is beautiful and we will be back.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was super convenient. The design was really fun and the build amenities were great. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. Would’ve loved maybe a little more information about the building amenities and where things were located, but we wondered around and found what we needed. Property manager was prompt to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun Getaway

Was a very cool theme and vibe. Drinks with the balcony door open and the record player on.... feelin alright, alright, alright! Very convenient and very walkable. We both enjoyed just walking the city at night. Tons of restaurants and bars for all tastes.

Awesome Downtown Spot

My wife and I stayed for a mid-week date night and really enjoyed it. The apartment is awesome. The decorating is great. The bed is super comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. And the proximity to great restaurants and night-life is wonderful. We walked to dinner and a few different spots afterward, and had a nice walk back. We were able to park on the street across from the building without any issue... download the ParkATX app and you can take care of fees that way without having to return to your car (or pay a ton for the garage). Only down-side... the bars nearby are quite loud. They shut down the music at 10:30PM on a Tuesday night, which worked for us. But if you were planning on turning in early, it could be a problem for you. We'll definitely return.

Perfect Austin Getaway

This is a new building with nice amenities, the apartment has good views and is decorated very well (fun decoration), the location can't be beat thanks to the proximity to most of what Austin is known for (walkable to top bars, restaurants, gyms, Zilker park, and grocery stores), and the hosts are easy to communicate with.

Amazing place to stay!

Absolutely loved staying here for a short little trip with my boyfriend! The location is perfect, the apartment was clean and had amazing smelling candles and soap lol. The only thing we found a little difficult was parking, there’s a parking garage connected to the building, super easy to pay and get in and out of, BUT it cost me $170 to park there for 2 days. Not including the times we left the garage and drove all around…(not the apartments fault tho bc it is public parking by the city). Overall had a great time and was a beautiful place to stay!

Great VRBO

This was a great place with everything you need and very clean. The owner does not cheap out on anything like many other places that I've stayed. Everything was easy, owner very responsive and it was worth every penny! Highly recommend this location.
