This beautiful 1950's brick ranch home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, an open living room and dining room, an office, large front porch with four rocking chairs, and a fenced in backyard. Located just off of Washington Road in a quiet neighborhood, less than a block from a park with playground. Super close to I-20, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment options. Perfect for anybody vising the Augusta area!

Loved the stay. The driveway had ample parking even for our pickup truck and cargo trailer and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Definitely recommend.

What a great home away from home! This place, close to the masters, is quiet, peaceful, and a true retreat. Chris was very responsive. I will definitely stay here each time. I have to go to Savannah.

Family visit

Old house but well kept and clean. Perfect for our visit to our family who live just down the street. This will be our go to for future visits.

Great Masters Week Stay

The stay during masters week was great. It’s a good 1-1.5 mile walk to the bars and restaurants near ANGC. We ended up driving to the Masters and parking in the free lots, it would be a long walk to the South entrance for the Masters but I’m not sure about the North entrance. Plan to drive to the tournament

The house is lovely and in a beautiful community. It appeared that the cleaning crew cut corners as there were some messy areas (under beds and couches) and limited resources (one very small frying pan; watered down dish liquid, 4 towels out for a family of 6). The owner Chris was very communicative and solved the issues right away. He apologized and corrected the issues ASAP. The location is so close to everything. We would absolutely stay again with knowledge to bring more items for the kitchen since we ate our meals in.

In for the birth of grandson.

Overall a very clean and nice house. Bed in master bedroom, though comfortable, was a tad hard to get into because of such thick mattress and box springs. Something to mention, not to complain. Two complaints, though minor to me was the Keurig coffee maker needs cleaning/replaced badly, rust around where k-cups go. Didn't try to make coffee, There was water in the machine, didn't know how old. The filter for the ice maker on the fridge needs changing, when I poured a drink over the ice it changed colors. Dirty water, dirty ice is the only explanation I can think of. Two minor issues, nothing that would keep me from staying here again. A very quiet and peaceful neighbor hood. A nice older home that has been kept up, very comfy. Maybe add TV's to the bedrooms.
