The property was beautiful. The surrounding area is amazing. The hosts were the greatest!! We loved our visit here and hope to enjoy this property again in the future.

We absolutely loved the property. Tons of space and the setting was divine. Pinion trees, lots of shade and an amazing outdoor setting. The host was top notch and super responsive. You can tell a lot of TLC has gone into the design, furniture and experience in general. We will be back

We were a group of 14 ladies who camped every fall. This was our first time all staying in a cabin. We had a wonderful time. The cabin was perfect for all of us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with enough dishes, utensils, cooking pots and pans, and everything we needed. The cabin's layout was wonderful. All of us could fit at the kitchen table! The owners' responsiveness was terrific! We are coming back next year we enjoyed it so much!

This cabin was amazing! Everything we could have needed for cooking was available. The host has so many little touches that the kids LOVED. There was even a charging port for multiple electronics. We all said we will stay here again if we make it down to the area again. Plenty of room, very clean, and so fun! Thank you!

Perfect! Everything about this property was exactly what we needed and precisely what we expected. Quiet and peaceful area yet close enough to the attractions and action.Communication with Susanne was prompt and helpful. We would most definitely book this house next time we are in the area

Superb place to stay and play

My family loved this place. It was roomy and all the amenities were well thought out. The kids love the game room and the adults loved the decks and roomy kitchen/dining room/front room. Kitchen stocked with enough pots/pans/dishes for our group. Personal touches around the home was fascinating and interesting to all of us. Awesome stay in a beautiful place.

Beautiful Cabin

We had the best family time in this cabin. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was exactly what we needed to feed everyone. The deck was amazing! The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation. We will be back!

Marvelous location and gorgeous mountain home.

We used this home/cabin as a base camp for the amazing adventures nearby, but we all wished we’d made more time to enjoy the home itself. The hosts have provided a fully stocked kitchen and other amenities. Plenty of activities for kids and adults, including just sitting on the deck to enjoy a beautiful mountain scene. Responsive host.

Excellent cabin

We loved staying at the Lil' Cascade cabin. We had a large group with different ages of kids and there were so many places for people to sleep. The large family room and kitchen were perfect for the group to gather, but the abundance of bedrooms were ideal for sleeping. Susanne was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin in close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the peace of the woods. I wish we could've stayed longer!

Family vacation

This was a great get away for our family. It’s very clean and has tons of space in the cabin! It is tucked away a bit but the drive is beautiful and no traffic at all! Overall the bedrooms were perfect size and we had plenty of room to walk around comfortably in cabin! The game room up top was a hit for the kids! Tons of space on the upper and lower deck to sit around outside. But great place for a vacation and it had everything we needed!

The directions were flawless. Everything was well stocked and in great working order. I set this stay up for 6 couples traveling together. We were in San Juan County for the San Juan ATV Jamboree. With 6 trucks and trailers with our UTV’, there was some concern about parking. The host answered our question and parking was never an issue.

Wonderful Cabin Get-a-way

We used this wonderful cabin as our home base to explore Canyonlands National Park and also Natural Bridges National Monument with our children and grandchildren. The location was perfectly located between them. The cabin had everything we needed -- from high chair to many inside and outside activities for the various ages of our grandchildren to use! The host was easy to work with and left a basket of goodies for us to enjoy. The cabin is set in a lovely pine tree wooded area. It was a peaceful setting! We loved seeing the wildlife around the yard!

Great Group Cabin

This was the perfect cabin for our group. We enjoyed our time exploring the beautiful property, playing games and making s’mores. This was also an easy drive to the local sights. We were able to see petroglyphs, Arches and off road in Moab. There is much history and scenery in this area, that there is almost too much to choose from. The wildlife and Aspen trees were also a cool contrast the desolate red rock we saw most of the day. Everything in the cabin was well stocked, the kids love the game room and there was more space than we were anticipating.
