Overall great property. Very clean. Great pool. We saw manatee and dolphins right at the dock. Caught plenty of fish.

Relaxing Rockport

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went with kids and grandkids. Loved the pool area and the boats passing by. Saw a lot of dolphins, stingrays in the water from the dock which the kids loved. Murphy bed room was a little small and bath off pool had a little water damage but overall the house and location was great!

Perfect Getaway

The house is beautiful. The view outstanding. Beds are comfy. Everything you want in a vacation! Check-in is seamless and this property management company is great! We loved every minute!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was amazing. The view and location was absolutely amazing and perfect. It was close to get anywhere you wanted to go with dining or even just needing extra supplies but yet very relaxing and quiet. The only thing I would suggest is maybe doing something to the garage as when we enter it smelt like either dog or cat urine. The smell was quite strong so maybe sometime of clean up there otherwise the house itself was perfect.

Incredible Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at this home in Marco Island. We rented a boat and the location of this house could not be beat! We were close to restaurants & shops & close to Collier Bay and getting out to the Gulf! We took the boat everywhere. Ten thousand islands, Keewaydin and Naples. The view from the house was stunning at sunsets. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing & so refreshing after a long hot day. The house was comfortable and beautiful with every detail considered. It was sparkling clean and the vacation rental company was attentive & quick. Rent this house! We will be back.

Fabulous Villa for a family trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa was fab, was clean and well kept. Pool area was lovely and everything was easy to use. Couple of small things we couldn’t work out and the team were super responsive and solved them within about an hour!

The view is amazing. We spend a ton of time in the hot tub and the kids used the pool even though it was December. We spent a lot of time on the lower dock enjoying the sunset as well. The master suite is massive but if you are traveling with another adult couple, someone has to draw the short straw for the much smaller bedroom with a smaller bed ans tiny shower in the adjacent bathroom. Otherwise, it’s a great house!

Rockport

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is 3rd time renting from Marco Island Vacations and they have been great every time. 665 Rockport was beautiful and was in a great location. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and wash clothes. That is not always the case when you rent a house. The only downside was this house doesn’t have bicycles. We were kinda bummed but rented a golf cart and we may never ride bikes again! LOL. Only other thing I would suggest would be new cook ware. There is also a lot of boat traffic since this house is on the main canal to the marina where CJ’s is located. We would definitely stay here again!!

Have used Marco Island Vacation Properties in the past and they make everything go so smooth! Loved the location of this house! Inside and outside was simply beautiful!! House has everything you could think of for an amazing stay!! Would definitely stay at this house again!

Great Week on Marco Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic vacation at 665 Rockport Court. We enjoyed watching the boat traffic from the pool and it was easy to get our rented boat from the house into the waterway. The house had all the amenities that we needed for the week, including beach chairs, beach towels and games. The pool had not been heated prior to our arrival but the rental company sent someone to the house as soon as we contacted them and fixed the issue. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great Family Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is located toward the end of a quiet road, but close enough to bike to restaurants, shops, and Tigertail beach. Great location! Very safe. The view is amazing. We saw dolphins two days that we were there. The pool is also very large and the hot tub was a nice perk during our early January stay. The main bedroom and bathroom are huge. Very close to the main bedroom is another bedroom with bunk beds. They were very comfortable and perfect for younger kids, but we also had a teenager in the room. There is a bathroom attached to that bedroom so a perfect option for teens who want their own bathroom. On the other side of the house was another bedroom with a bathroom beside that. Perfect for an older kid or a second couple or grandparents. There is another very small room/office off the kitchen with a murphy bed, but fine for a teen or adult who doesn't need much space. The living areas in this house are huge. Two big family rooms. They also have a great space for games/puzzles - a separate table from the dining table. The house was great and I would definitely recommend it. We did have trouble with the televisions and another issue, but we got help with those issues from friendly people. Thanks for a great space for a family vacation!
