Managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, the longest-running vacation rental company in town, this Legends unit has radiant heat floors, great natural lighting, leather furniture, a flat-screen TV with Roku, high-speed internet, a gas fireplace and BBQ, and an oversized garage.

Located in the Legends on Bridger Creek, built in 2011, this townhouse is 2 miles north of downtown Bozeman. Enjoy quiet surroundings with creekside trails and proximity to local restaurants and galleries. It includes a large garage and is all on one level. Note: No reservations longer than 2 weeks.

Inside, there are vaulted ceilings and new stainless-steel appliances. The unit sleeps 4 with a primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. The townhouse has central air conditioning for hot days.

All rentals come equipped with a coffee maker, grinder, starter pack of local coffee, linens, cooking utensils, EO brand body products, and extensive local information. We support local economies and know the best places!

Paul House, a licensed property manager in Montana, owns Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals and manages the Legends Luxury Townhouse, which is licensed by the State and authorized for short-term rental, permit # STR23-00138.

Our Condo at Bridger Creek was perfect for our visit to Bozeman MT. The property was beautiful and very well appointed. The proximity to downtown was excellent. I highly recommend the VRBO property.

This place was excellent. And extra kudos to the owner/manager of the property, as every little detail from checkin to checkout is well thought. The kitchen and linens and the various sundries were also really well thought out. Whoever is managing this property really knows what they are doing to provide a superior guest experience. Also the area is quite tranquil and relaxing. We felt very fortunate to have found this place.

I was vacationing with my 84-year-old dad and 10-year-old daughter. We got to do it all-morning hikes for coffee, mountain views, creek walks, and arranged some horseback riding, fishing and did a little hunting too. Of course cooked some amazing Black Angus steaks in that gorgeous kitchen. So grateful to spend time with my family here. I hope he sells it soon. Bozeman Cottage - Legends condo

Our stay in Bozeman at the Legends condo was great. The condo was sparkling clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We are looking forward to staying in this condo again!

Excellent stay.

This was really an excellent property. Everything was extremely well-stocked, very contemporary furnishings, and very clean. We traveled with young kids who go to bed early and the neighborhood was very quiet. Absolutely recommend and will stay again!

Bozeman visit

Great place to explore Bozeman. Close to downtown and can access the Main Street to the Mountains trail system without having to transport bikes. The property had everything we needed to make it feel like home. It was great to have a garage as well as a front porch to relax and grill dinner! Great place !

Awesome

Very accommodating by: location, full kitchen, nice beds, spacious garage. We were out doors during the day enjoying the Montana activities.

Weekend in Bozeman

Everything was perfect for our stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the TV and stereo. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting. One additional plus is the proximity to downtown Bozeman. You can drive or take an Uber and be in town in less than 10 mins. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing & Clean Location

We had a wonderful stay in Bozeman! The home is clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. Mostly anything in Bozeman is less than a 15 minute drive away. The kitchen and Bathrooms are well stocked with quality items: pots and pans for cooking, plenty of towels, great shampoo and soap. Really wonderful! A strong recommend and we will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing cottage!

This home is lovely! Photos don't do it justice. It was the perfect spot for our girls' trip to Bozeman. Paul was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed — toiletries, paper towels, detergent, coffee . The neighborhood was charming and we all felt very safe. We’ll definitely be coming back to this cottage!

I like to be able to walk out the door and sit by Bridger Creek, along the trails that border this subdivision. Plus I can ride my bike to town or to the local swimming beach. I don't golf but there is a great course right across the street.

I was able to buy this townhouse and finish it just how I have always wanted. It's built to last and equipped with top of the line appliances and furnishings. It has radiant floor heat which is the only way to go in Montana winters, plus it is well insulated and has high ceilings with great light.
