This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Nina’s place and everything was wonderful once again! The house is super clean and perfect for our party of 9. We love the location, just a short distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

This was much close to the beach than I anticipated! Same block, easy on and off, no beach tags needed and not crowded. We cooked in and had everything we needed. Overall, great place to stay! We were just in and out over a long weekend and bonus, it was same weekend as Air Show, which was so impressive!!

First and foremost the owner, nina, communicates extremely well and just the right amount. All information was accurate in terms of checking. All information was accurate as to the unit. This is the second year we're staying here and are very pleased. We will be back next year.

Ocean city trip

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We had fun getting to the beach quickly and enjoyed being in OC

Convenient location, close to the beach! The townhome was super clean and very spacious and comfortable. Two parking spots are included plus there is some street parking available. Nina was helpful in answering any questions we had ahead of time. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

The host got us in before 1pm which was great after a long drive. She gave us the code to front door so nice not to have to pick up a key

Property is as described and the pictures show. Communication is excellent! Location is fantastic. Two parking spots underneath was a huge bonus. All amenities, appliances, showers Etc work is exactly as expected. We will be booking again next year.

Wonderful stay within block of the beach

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend on the beach with family. The home was very clean and Nina was very quick to respond to any questions I had and provided us with great recommendations. The home was perfect to accommodate my family, my sister’s family and my parents. We were able to easily walk to the beach and several nearby restaurants. Parking was available for 2 cars, but we never had issue finding a spot on the street out front for our 3rd vehicle. We definitely recommend this property and would stay again next time we visit Ocean City
