The property itself is very lovely and the condo was beautifully designed. Unfortunately there were quite a few areas that were not clean or poorly maintained. Also, most hosts leave hand/bath soap etc for guest convenience, we had to purchase some at the market. There were plenty of towels but they were so rough and uncomfortable to dry yourself with. One other thing to mention is the massive amount of construction right in front of the building. I love Danzante Bay and I’m sure when everything is all built it will be beautiful! With a few tweaks this surely could have been a 5 star stay!

Excellent place with room to roam around. Nice vacation stay to relax. Excellent communication with the owner and will be back in the future.

Wonderful place! We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The facilities are bar-none some of the nicest in the Baja Peninsula. The golf course is immaculate & wonderful. The apartment is well decorated and is incredibly equipped. Definitely will be back.

The condo was a wonderful space for our family. My parents are elderly so the elevator right to the living space was perfect. You could see the mountains from the back, the bay from the front (despite the construction).

This is an amazing condo! The property is new and adding more amenities. It is quiet, safe, beautiful and amazingly decorated and stocked with rental supplies.

Amazing place

It's was an excellent stay. The residences are well equiped. It's a short trip to Loreto and that was important for us. We really like the beach and the pool. Would recommend it.

Perfection in Loreto.

The rental unit was great! Perfectly clean and nicely appointed. Great location near the Villa Del Palmar resort, where we were able to enjoy all the amenities. The owner was very accessible and helpful. We will return when we next visit Loreto!

Great place!

We enjoyed our week so much! The condo is very nice and clean. Brand new. No shampoo and conditioner so bring your own. We will be back! Resort very nice. Food option limited though.

Amazing Location

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely perfect! The property was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were breathtaking, and we loved spending time by the private pool. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to local attractions. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Amazing place

Very clean. Very comfortable. You definitely will need a car. The host was amazing and led us through staying an extra night. I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing Trip

I forgot how amazing Baja California is . My wife had not experienced this amazing place , Richardo’s place was perfect for the introduction . The views of the islands from our bedroom and living room to the kings road up to the resort all first class. We utilized the Villa Del Palmar next door for all meals as we had friends staying there . Excellent food. Next time probably will load up with groceries and cook at Ricardo’s place . Really a magical stay will be back

Exceptional Property

We checked in late so our one night was not long enough but extremely pleasant, amenities where outstanding and view from the balcony was exceptional. The property is affiliated with Villa del Palmas which is an outstanding Resort with friendly and helpful staff and fantastic restaurants. If you are looking for a great experience book this property, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

Executive condo

The condo was very well furnished. The view was outstanding - one side faces the ocean and pools below. The condo also had a fitness room which was why we selected it. However we also had access to a larger fitness facility just a 10 min walk away. Ricardo was a very responsive host. We are definitely returning.

Luxury condo vacation experience. Modern yet comfortable. Technology in the condo was advanced (i.e. smart tv's, can pair other devices, new stove, large refrigerator, separate frig for wine and other drinks, washer and dryer in unit and thank goodness there was a dishwasher, tv apps available to use (i.e. amazon prime). Infinity pool with great jets, and the premises was clean and well-manicured. The common areas had a modern hobo decor. And of course, we loved that the elevator opened right into the condo. Overall great experience.

Resort was nice. Felt safe and secure. There is construction going on between condo and the beach. Noise didn’t bother us because we weren’t around much during the day. I thought it would be easy to walk to the beach from our place but there’s lots of dirt and construction going on. Disappointed that pool and jacuzzi were barely heated. Not really warm at all. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known that. We were able to use the heated pools at Villa del Palmar, which was nice, but had to drive there to use them. The elevator opening up right to the condo is nice, but make sure you ask the host how to access the key to the stairs so that you can easily exit in case of emergency or if the power goes out. Another concern I have is that the listing states that there are smoking and CO detectors in the unit. We could not find one anywhere. I asked the host about them, but he never responded. He was super responsive to my other questions, though. We had a good time overall, but felt misled with the heated pools and the detectors. We had our kids with us and my husband is a firefighter. We would’ve stayed elsewhere had we been aware of these issues.

As noted in the listing, the community is in an active phase of development, and construction between the residence and the beachfront is external and outside of our control. Conditions, including walkability and activity levels, may vary depending on the stage of development and time of day. The building has an established agreement with Villa del Palmar, allowing Mantarraya guests to enjoy access to the hotel’s facilities, including pools and beach access. We take guest feedback seriously. Your comments allowed us to reinforce on-site information related to safety features and emergency access, and we’ve added photos to the listing showing the location of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for added clarity. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the property was quiet from a vacancy standpoint mid May and the weather was perfect. There is a lot of construction happening around the property but it didn't bother us. Nice to see the improvement in the community in this area, cant wait to see how far along this construction will come during our visit next year. The condo was perfect. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, away from the hustle of a resort type vacation which has its upsides as well. however, here you can relax by the pool or explore Loreto, you also have access to the restaurants, the TPC golf course (gorgeous views!!!) and the amazing Spa and the small market at Villa Del Palmar Resort which is about a half a mile away from the condo. And, the host Ricardo was great. Thank you for the hospitality we will be back :)

This condo was exactly as described. Ricardo was very responsive to our questions and the entire experience was better than expected. Access to the adjacent resort was an extra benefit. Clean, quiet and comfortable accommodations in a beautiful location. What more could you ask for?
