Very nice apartment in a great funky neighborhood. Walking distance to very nice restaurants, bars and shopping. Clean and quiet, very private. We will be back the next time we are in Atlanta.

Property was cozy, extremely clean, and efficient. Conveniently located near Emory University, grocery stores, and highways. Communication was thorough from pre-check in until post-check out. Enjoyed the patio. Safe neighborhood.

Everything about this property was amazing! Great location, very cute and minimalist design. Communication with the host was outstanding. I would recommend 100 times.

This apartment worked out really well for a weekend trip to Atlanta! The property itself seemed clean and well-maintained. The building was centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.My only flag is that it's sometimes was possible for us to hear some noise in the hallways at night during the weekend.

The host and the cleaning staff were lovely and responsive, but the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. Also the sleeping couch was too small for an adult and the light from the hallway made it difficult to sleep.

Overall decent stay. I u see stabs minimal living but the furniture was really cheap & the tv needs to be thrown out. It was slow & didn’t work. I didn’t go to watch tv but as I’m getting ready & at night I watch the news for maybe 20 mins couldn’t do that bc the tv was always loading. Was told no smoking on the patio but others smoked on their patios and we could smell it. Location was goo walking distance to restaurants an stores. Piedmont park is not walkable from here

The room was clean, and I had no concerns about the amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery, and since there’s a Pubix supermarket nearby, I had no trouble with meals during my stay. The washer and dryer worked well. The dryer, in particular, was very efficient, allowing me to finish my laundry quickly. The only issue was a significant amount of frost on the inside wall of the freezer. Well, that’s nothing to worry about. There’s a MARTA Bus Route 2 stop right in front of the building. This should be convenient for those using public transportation. On the other hand, at first glance, it’s not immediately obvious that the building is a guesthouse, so you might have trouble giving directions to a taxi driver. There’s a dentist’s office on the first floor, so it’s a good landmark to use.

This location is more than wonderful and everything I needed for my stay. It’s quiet and felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are cute and cozy. Walkable to almost anything you need. Will def be booking again.
