Beautiful, newly decorated ski in / ski out 2 Bedroom plus a Loft, 2 Bath Slope-Side Home with long range mountain views. This house is ski, board, bike, hike paradise and great for groups of up to 7. Located on the slopes of Beech Mountain just steps from the top of lift 1 (Lower Shawneehaw). Restaurants and provisions are just minutes away.

- Tile throughout with carpeted bedrooms

- Living room with electronic log fireplace, 55" LG Smart TV and panoramic views

- Open kitchen / living room layout

- Downstairs game area with shuffleboard and TV lounge

- Downstairs loft / nook with queen bed, great for kiddos and adults

- Master bedroom with on-suite bath and 43" flat screen

- Guest Bedroom with shared bad and 43" flat screen

- Washer / Dryer on first floor

- Deck area for taking in the views, playing in the snow or grilling

- Driveway accommodates two vehicles. Additional vehicles can be parked across the street at the bottom of the hill. 4 wheel drive or snow chains are a must during ski season.

- Ring floodlight cam located on the front of the house

The perfect stay

We visit beech mountain every year, usually with a larger group, but since it was just our family we opted for a smaller ski in/ ski out property. We were beyond blessed to have found this rental. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. The property was clean and perfect for my husband and I and our 5 children. The ski lift is just steps from the front door which made our days on the mountain so convenient and comfortable with 7 people. Can’t wait to visit again!

Ski Getaway

We try to come to Beech about this time and except for the rain, this was a great stay! Easy communication with the host and the house was an easy walk to the top of the lift.

The condo is absolutely lovely, unique beautiful views. Everything you may need is available. The host is an amazing communicator! We loved it and will stay again!

Perfect and cozy

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and absolutely love it. It has easy access to the slopes and great views. It has all the comforts of home and is just as described. We will be back for year number 4.

Fun for the Family!

This home was perfect for our quick winter getaway. Home was easy to access when we arrived, conveniently located at the top of the blue slope, and a fun hang out with the two living spaces. Owner was very communicative. We would love to stay again…such a unique home!

Great place to stay!

I wish I could give this place and the host 6 stars! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had all the creature comforts we needed. It was beautifully decorated and cozy. The kitchen has plenty of high quality dishes, cookware and utensils. It is hard to tell from the map, but the descriptions in the property notes and in renter reviews about the proximity to Lift 1 are accurate. The top of Lift one is directly across the street (no other house in between).

Short walk onto the slope

Great views and location! Host was quick to respond to questions. Only issue was that it wasn’t toddler friendly with the staircase in the middle of the kitchen/living room space.

Heaven at Beech Mountain

This place is so cozy, with beautiful views. And it is on the ski slopes, so it makes this retreat so special. We will come back!

Location Location Location

This home was perfect for our family of 5. It is at the top of lift 1 and makes it ideal for skiers. The views are excellent and I can only imagine what they would be like in the summer and fall! The home is very close to restaurants as well as shopping. It is very attractive and well appointed. Scott was so helpful and I would not hesitate to stay again. Kaye

Great place to stay for skiing!

Very well outfitted and clean. Everything was very modern and attractive. Right at the top of lift 1, super convenient to ski right down. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. There are a lot of stairs, so this is not the best lodging for folks with mobility issues. A few minor plumbing issues that were handled quickly with great communication by the property manager.

Amazing location, Amazing property, Amazing communication!

We wanted to get away for a quick trip because the leaves were changing and we did not want to miss it. We booked this property last minute with Scott and he had perfect communication to make this happen on such short notice. This property felt brand new inside and the location is perfect! Most importantly you walk down the stairs and you are right in-front of the ski lift. The view is breathtaking & you can see for miles and miles from both the living room and the patio! You have epic views of the sunrise, the mountains & town. We will be staying at this property again soon and we can’t wait until there is a good snow so we can ski in and ski out! Again, thank you to the host for accommodating us, the great communication and most importantly, an amazing property! Thank you, Tom-
