Arrival and departure on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Reservations are available in seven night increments. This resort does not offer an all-inclusive option. You can reserve up to 12 months in advance (although not within 30 days of check-in).
Guests may cancel their reservation(s) up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. There is an administrative fee for such cancellations of $50 USD per cancellation. In the event of cancellation with less than 60 days notice, there is no refund of the deposit/usage fee given upon reservation of the desired unit.

The Grand Mayan Master Suite features two bedrooms with two king-size beds, two bathrooms, and a living room with two sleeper sofas, dining table and kitchen. Room cost paid in advance. There will be NO additional charges or fees for the room. Only incidentals, resort fees, ancillary items (eg. room service), and destination taxes, such as tourism, taxes, will be collected directly by the resort. The resort may authorize your credit card as a deposit to cover any damages to the room.
