Golf tournament

Played in a golf tournament at PGA Village, and the location of this property was absolutely perfect. The people who rent it to us could not have been nicer.

Great location and economical

Nice location. Property is well maintained. The decor in the condo are older but acceptable. AC in the second bedroom was musty and actually turned it off.

Lot of little things, that up to a big deal

The sofa is old and worn out and uncomfortable, the sheets are too small for the beds and pop off constantly, the master closet is so full of chairs, vacuums that you can't put your luggage and still walk into it. The drain in the sink in the master runs out real slow, if you so much as leave a coffee spoon on the counter for a few mins, tiny ants come. The owner was nice in giving us a late checkout. And, I told her about the fleas when we left so hopefully that will be taken care of. (Lots of little things!)

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We're sorry you didn't completely enjoy your stay here. We encourage guests to reach out while in residence so that we have the opportunity to make things right. - We will keep your comments about fitted linens and furniture in mind. - Dealing with the fruit ants is an ongoing concern but is very common throughout this area in Florida. We keep a supply of bug spray on-site and are having an exterminator visit soon. - To our knowledge, there is still plenty of space in the main closet. - There have been no reported issues of fleas in this home and we made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly before and after your stay. These owners work hard to provide great stays for guests. Thanks for your feedback; it helps us improve for future travelers!

The property is nice and well maintained. Was told via when booking of property that I would receive code for entry 5 days prior to stay. I did not. I had to text the listed contact number where I was advised that I would only be given code the day of my stay. Not that it mattered but it was misleading. We were also not given proper directions regarding pool use- you need to bring the key fob to enter the pool and leave. We were also given a parking pass, which apparently we needed for the stay, on the a day before we left. None of this issues are horrible but just an extra challenge to the stay, especially since we were there for a loss in our family. We loved the location but the condo itself in in need of updating with glass furniture and outdated appliances. Wall outlets were hanging from the walls, not secured. Some didn’t work, bottom ones. Tac strips under carpet were exposed next to ceramic tile flooring which was painful on feet. There are no baking pans to use for the oven.

Convenient and good value

We are a family with 2 older teenagers, so 4 total. The condo was clean and well stocked, and the owner was very nice as well as communicative. Plenty of hangers (a pet peeve of mine.) I saw some complaints about the beds being hard, not sure what that was about, both my husband and I thought they were quite comfortable, first time I woke up without a stiff back in a while! My only suggestion would be to edit the info that the property mgmt emails to get in, it's misleading over which door to enter and which to use the code on, etc. Luckily the owner had given me her number so it was resolved quickly. We didn't use the pool or laundry so no opinion on that but the surrounding areas were clean and nice.

We enjoyed our stay but did not receive the email with the lock code or address of the actual unit prior to our arrival. I received several emails promising I would but never did. Luckily I did have an email address for "Lady" who gave the code but not the address. So unfortunately when I arrived late in the night I had to call the phone number and wake "Lady" to get it. On the bright side, she answered and didn't seem too annoyed. The location was perfect for our trip itinerary. The grounds nicely groomed in a quiet could be considered boring location and there was a nice pool. I was extremely disappointed with the low budget furnishing especially the beds and bedding! It was so uncomfortable I went and bought a foam mattress pad. I wish I had replaced the pillows which must have been 20 years old and stained!

This was a great location for us.

It was quiet and friendly except for an isolated incident which I do not believe is the norm. Great location. The condo had everything we needed. I wish the beds were more comfortable. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Perfect Stay on Perfect Drive

Condo was perfect for two people with extra room for short stay guests. Great location and very quiet. Short drive to church (St. Bernadette's), restaurants, stores, shops, golf, etc. Owners were very accommodating. Had a bottle of wine for us on our arrival. The only negative was that we lost the main TV signal the last couple of days. Might have something to do with the remote. Also the cleaning service needs to be instructed to do a more thorough job. Much debris underneath the couch cushions. However, we would certainly be agreeable to returning for a future stay.
