This apartment, near Grafton Street, is surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, theaters, museums, and historical landmarks and there you will be able to enjoy a lively atmosphere during the day and night when the street often comes alive with street performers and musicians. It is also located in the heart of Dublin's city centre, which will give the guest easy access to public transportation, including buses and the Luas tram system, making it convenient to explore other parts of the city. It has have an open-plan living and kitchen areas and a large terrace overlooking the city, as well as an unique charm and character.

Large apartment and Great location in Dublin. Host was not very responsive and the description didn’t include the 3 flights of stairs with no lift. When we arrived, the water was on a timer so we had no hot water to shower. This was unfortunate since we hiked before checking in. We had to call the maintenance to unset the timer for enough hot water for our family. On a positive note, they offered a late checkout with our flight being in the early evening.

Nice neighborhood but a lot of stairs

Nice area to stay. Close to shopping and a 10 min walk to Temple Bar. To get to the apartment you need to walk up a lot of stairs. Not ideal for older folks. Also, to get into the apartment you need to be a little tech savvy. Difficult time getting into our unit. We Had to download an application to get a remote key.

Outstanding Location, can't over state how good the location was. Apt was nice, clean no issues. Was a few flight walk up but otherwise, nice clean, adequate apt. Would recommend

Dirty noisy terrible beds dirty linen no water pressure no hot water

Do not stay here if you have any other options. Dirty noisy dirty linens very basic and dreary. No hot water. Contacted the desk several times to change with no effect. Avoid.

Great location

The location is close to everything you want to see in Dublin. The loft was a nice added room. There are steps so be capable of climbing them. I agree with other posts the apartment was dirty. The carpet had stains, the paint is old, there where large gaps in the wood floor and the bathroom showers were barely functional. We just left a five star resort in Galway that cost less as well. So that of course added to our disappointment.

Don’t stay here

The location was good. That is where the good stops. It was up the steepest stairs so getting luggage up was awful. The place was dirty. The kitchen counter had a moldy wood counter. Cooking in the kitchen was out after we saw that. There wasn’t enough toiletries to last the 3 days we were there. The beds were uncomfortable. The temperatures were so variable it was uncomfortable. This is not the place to stay. Find another place.

Disappointing

Shower system was inoperable and dangerous with scolding water in one bathroom.and no water in the other. We were not told of the 60 steep stairs to the unit even though we informed on booking there was an 80 year old in the group. No dinning table for guests to gather around. Exterior & front enterance looked derilict & filthy.

Fantastic location!

Great location just off Grafton in the center of everything in Dublin. Apartment is at the top of quite a steep stairway so plan accordingly with luggage. Could use some updates and more kitchen stuff but overall clean and comfortable apartment.
