The pet fee is intended to cover additional cleaning and wear-and-tear, and your report indicates we fell short here — we’ll review our cleaning procedures to ensure pet stays receive thorough attention. We’ll also review the listing and booking flow to make pet fees and policies more visible so guests can make informed decisions before booking. I’m sorry about the maintenance issues and the lack of timely communication. I’ll share your notes with our maintenance team so they can inspect and repair the refrigerator dispenser, loose deck boards, and the heated bathroom floor. We’ll also restock kitchen basics (including baking pans) and refill the pet waste bag dispenser. Regarding the fireplaces and the missed text, we’ll review our guest communication process and check the fireplace controls so future guests have clear instructions or access when appropriate.
