The property consist of two separate houses almost side by side. One is the main house 175 m2 and the smaller is 50m2.
The main house has two bathrooms and huge kitchen, one suite downstairs with sliding walls to separate from the living room. Upstairs we have sleeping areas for 8 people in an open space (loft style) divided into two spaces with sliding walls.

The smaller house has kitchen and bathroom, bedroom and living room.

Beautiful home and guest house on extremely gorgeous property. Accommodated my family of eight adults and two infants comfortably. Sara is a great host!

This home is beautiful and clean and has a minimalist, modern feel. We loved the accommodations. The location is rather remote and best if you plan to stay in the home and simply enjoy nature and the beach and the great kitchen. It takes a bit of ‘motivation’ to leave if you planned to go to Reykjavik or to any stores/restaurants.

If you are thinking about booking this VRBO you absolutely should! The home is wonderful, the views are beautiful, and the amenities are excellent! We felt right at home when we checked in and the sliding glass doors really highlighted how beautiful the surrounding area truly is. The hosts are very kind and quick to respond. They were always helpful answering any questions we had. We highly recommend booking this VRBO!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was responsive and answered all of our questions. She was very flexible and accommodated any changes we had! The house was clean and the views were incredible! We saw the northern lights several times during our stay over the water from inside of the hot tub. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing view, Amazing house, Amazing stay

Our family had an amazing time at this place… It was our first time in Iceland and it did not disappoint us. The only set back was the code to get in to the house was a little stressful because it took awhile but other than that everything was smooth sailing… this is a great place to stay with your family.

Beautiful modern property with spacious living area and massive kitchen. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dining table can easily accommodate over 12 people We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house and highly recommend it

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We were gifted with seeing the northern lights in a truly magical place! As much as I’d like to gate keep this one for myself it’s to nice not to share!!! Sara was a fabulous host and the house has everything you need! Watching the northern lights in the hot tub was incredible! I can’t wait for our next visit!!!

Amazing Property!

We like to be away from the beaten path. This spot was isolated, but very well appointed. It is amazing. You will hear no neighbors or cars and enjoy watching the seals.

I think for the price point it was an okay stay- we had issues with the toilet flushing, and the hot tub not working or getting hot (which was a main reason for booking) Also the beds were more like couches, so I would be cautious if you actually do have 14 people sleeping inside the home. There were some good parts to the stay- like the beautiful kitchen and the location of the property.

Great Location!

We loved our stay - right in the water! Views were amazing, kitchen was well stocked and the rooms comfortable. There are only 3 bedrooms though - but plenty of beds. We had one upset teen who had to sleep in the family room which was a bummer. But the house is nice and the private guest house was a great quiet space.

Modern waterfront

The home was great for a family stay. Everything was supplied in the kitchen, baths, and living areas. The views were fantastic, great privacy, and comfortable beds. Fabulous kitchen, open and easy to accommodate a large party. The only things that need attention are the grill which was broken, and the dryer did not put out enough heat to actually dry any clothes, we hung ours, but we had this issue in all three homes we rented in Iceland. Overall, great place and we would rent it again.

Stunningly beautiful property with amazing views. Very clean home and well stocked. VRBO advertised as 5 bedroom home which is why we booked it. Home only has 3 bedrooms. This resulted in sharing of sleeping accommodations which we had not anticipated at all. VRBO needs to correct the listing to reflect accuracy. If you don’t mind squeezing in, the house, the views and the property are remarkable.

This breathtaking property is worth every penny. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect experience for Iceland. 100000% recommend. The pictures are wonderful and accurate, but the pictures don’t do it justice for seeing this property in person and experiencing a stay here. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for sharing your home with us!!!
