We had a wonderful stay while bringing our family together for a baseball tournament. The house was the perfect place for our family to stay, relax, and spend time together between games. Having everyone under one roof gave us the opportunity to make some great family memories. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again if traveling to the area.

Beautiful house!

We had a great time at this house. Check in was quick and the hosts were easy to reach. The house and property are beautiful. The beach is a 5-minute walk, restaurants on both IOP and Sullivan's Island are 5 minutes drive and Charleston is about 25 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this rental!! First of all the house was beautiful and so well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. This house also had beach chairs, wagons, beach toys and pool floaties!! Everything about this rental was great and made for a relaxing week.

Mother’s Day Vacation

We absolutely would stay and recommend this home. The house was even better than the description and the management team was so communicative. The location was so convenient and we spent a lot of time just walking around the beautiful neighborhood. Icing on the cake was a toy box that kept our one year old booked and busy.

Our First Visit to Charleston was a Good One

The property exceeded all of our expectations in terms of size, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach. The home was very spacious, nicely decorated, and had 5 large bedrooms to accommodate a large family. The property was in very good shape. The pool was nice, but required some work to skim off the debris floating in the water.

5 Stars – Even Better Than Expected!

We were pleasantly surprised by how perfect this home was for our large family. It was truly undersold in the listing! The space was clean, welcoming, and well laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, which made cooking for a big group so much easier. There were also tons of beach and pool items available for us to use, which was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were super comfortable, and we all felt right at home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Fun house in IOP

House is great. The listing said “heated pool” and it was not able to be heated. That was the only negative.

Fabulous stay!

We were in love with this property. Tons of space for my family and the accommodations were clean but still had a cozy feel like you were really staying in someone's home. Beach gear was plentiful and in great condition. Beds were extremely comfy and clean. The pool was too chilly when we stayed there in April but the backyard pool space was great. We loved the screened porch for morning coffee. Kitchen was well appointed. We purchased all the paper products and even a kitchen knife and pan because we usually need this at rentals but this house was already stocked with all that including foil and plastic wrap! What a bonus! Would highly recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

The VRBO map showed this house on Charleston Blvd, 1 block from the beach. It is actually on Carolina Blvd, 2 blocks from the beach. We discovered this after booking the property and paying the deposit, when VRBO sends the actual street address. We called the rental agent to discuss this and were dismissed with the comment that we could cancel if we didn’t want to rent the property. Otherwise if house was as represented. There was only 1 hand towel supplied for the kitchen and Master bedroom, we called the rental agent who supplied more towels the next day.

We were sorry to hear about the map on VRBO’s site being incorrect. They have been contacted to correct it. When you called, we weren’t dismissing you - we simply wanted you to be happy with your booking and offered a courtesy cancellation. We were glad to deliver 3 extra sets of towels right away.
