You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo. Nestled at the edge of downtown, directly across the street from the city's favorite Sunday morning Farmers' Market and Bazaar. 5 minutes from Mercy Hospital, Univ. of MD- Baltimore, & Peabody Institute. Only 1 mile from the National Aquarium & the hustle of the Inner Harbor.
Enjoy the view from these massive industrial windows shedding loads of natural light on this spacious urban loft.

The space
Bedroom one is very spacious with a KING bed, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity.
Bedroom two has an electric adjustable bed and laundry.
There is also a queen sized air mattress in the closet when needed (3 or more guests).
Guest access
Guests park in a parking garage adjacent to our building, included. There is metered parking on Holliday Street and under the Fallsway/I83 bridge. Additional monthly parking is also available.
We are walking distance to the restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment of downtown and the Inner Harbor.
