Girl at the front was doing a great job managing the influx of guests who had all arrived simultaneously. Room was fine. Worth the price. Glad they took dogs.

Towels were fresh. Sink was clean. There were bugs. A roach was crawling on the ceiling and dropped onto the desk. A couple other crawlers around the room as well.

As advertised

No issues everything was fine. If you just need a place to stay it’s great and for the price you can’t beat it. I would stay again for sure

Not what we expected. Ist room was unmade. Moved to 2nd room, clean but had a bad smell. Toilet ran every 30minutes. This is a hotel room with a kitchenette. NOT a HOME/APT. We didn’t know hotel rooms were on VRBO. That’s all this was, a hotel room, a studio room with a bad smell. The man at the front desk when we asked about this, just shrugged his shoulders and said “Oh well”. It NOT what we expected. The picture of the shaded area with the grill was difficult to find, so not easy accessible. There were not trash receptacles around or in the room. I took pictures of a few things but, I will never stay here again. NEVER. We never did figure out the smell. The WiFi is not strong enough to watch a movie. Over all aPoor experience.This is a studio hotel room with a kitchenette. That’s all.

Recent Stay

Tierra was an excellent host, very accommodating to the need of guest and pleasant to say the least. I was impressed with the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. But, the entry area and receptionist area were extremely dated. The hotel hallway carpets reeked of a horribly loud scented carpet fragrance that was over powering. Hotel workers used Fabuloso to clean which added to the over fragranced hallways and of which both seeped into the individual rooms .The fragrance did aggravate allergy and asthma issues. Fortunately, I was able to open the room window to diffuse the scents as well as wear a masks when coming into contact with the carpeted arears. An additional issue I had with the hotel was the number of dogs on the property. As well, I experienced a incident with a guest that prompted me to ask the then present male receptionist if there were cameras on and within the property. I was informed that cameras did not exist any where on the property inside or outside. Overall, my stay was bearable however, the concerns that I mentioned need to be addressed. I will not book any future reservations with this facility on the basis of the location and overly fragranced areas and the number of dogs on the property.

The room was clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. The stay was great for us and our pet.
