Beautiful custom decorated Ocean View Villa at the fantastic Villa La Estancia resort in Cabo San Lucas. Sit on the large balcony and enjoy a view of Medano Beach and the famous rocks of the Cabo San Lucas point. Relax at the gigantic pool with swim-up bar, five hot tubs, or the swimmable Medano beach.

This 3 bedroom luxury villa has two large master suites with king size beds, sitting areas and large bathrooms with jetted tubs. The guest room has two queen beds with a bathroom. The great room has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dining room and a beautifully furnished living room with a large flat panel TV. The fourth full bath is off the great room. All rooms have 42' flat panel TV's. The balcony is a true 'ocean view' balcony that stretches across all the bedrooms and includes a wet bar and refrigerator. The Villa is on the fourth floor and has free wireless internet access.

The La Estancia facility includes a fully equipped fitness center, concierge services, and the excellent La Casona restaurant. The site has an excellent full service spa, tennis courts, and market.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas is only minutes away with excellent restaurants, shops and of course, the famous night life. World class golf courses are nearby, and the fishing is amazing.

Fun with friends

Three couples visited and stayed in the villa together. There was plenty room for all of us. The outside space was amazing with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The pool was amazing, although we spent most of our time in the sand at the ocean. We loved the location of the villa and were able to walk most lances. If we did take a cab it was only 3 a person to go into town. We absolutely loved Cabo and the Villa Estancia. We will be back!

Great Time

We had a great time at Estancia between Christmas and New Year's. The accommodations were perfect and the host was incredibly responsive. Would certainly go back and highly recommend!

Adult family getaway

We give this property and interactions with the owner FIVE STARS all the way around. Communication was so fast and easy, instructions were very clear and provided in a timely manner. The property was very clean and the perfect set up for a family or small group with beautiful views of Cabo. We will definitely rent from you again and thank you for a great stay!

Family Summer vacation

Our family stayed here in August during the off season. The facility is fantastic with the beach, pool, tennis, dinning all included. Even the balcony of the room, which overlooked the pool was a great place to relax when it was hot or in the evening. The apartment itself is exceptionally well designed for a family vacation. While it was very hot in Mexico in the summer, we really enjoyed the lack of crowds and ability to hang out at the pool or beach or even get dinner reservations whenever we wanted.

Best place to stay in Cabo

Perfect location

We enjoyed the property immensely. Very easy to take a taxi anywhere in the area plus the trolley to other property restaurants was very convenient. Definitely recommend this condo.

Comfortable and Easy Stay

We had a group of women friends get together here. This was perfect for our party of 5; the villa was large, well-appointed, quiet, very comfortable and just really easy from start to finish. Curt was very clear and communicative and his instructions and recommendations were so helpful. I’d recommend this place for groups of friends or a large family. It’s large enough that you still can have privacy and alone time inside the unit. The villa also felt more modern and light and airy than the photos suggested. We were all very impressed and happy we stayed there! The La Estancia property was super safe, the staff were friendly, and the resort had all the expected amenities. We made daily use of the swim up bar and walked the beach every morning. I can’t say enough nice things about this villa and La Estancia, I’d definitely return again.

THE BEST TIME!!

Thank you so much for letting our family stay in your beautiful Villa! We had the best time! We came here for my father in laws 70th bday. This was the first time to Cabo with our kids! We took a boat ride, deep sea fishing , atv, zip lining with Cabo Adventures, rode a camel and swam with dolphins!! Our villa easily held all 8 of us ! The view was spectacular and the pools and ocean were warm and inviting! I totally recommend u staying here. We WILL be back!!

Spring Break Cabo

Curt and his property were wonderful. Curt was quick with answers, recommendations and tips. His home was well stocked and had very comfortable rooms that fit 8 people perfectly. Access to the pools and ocean was ideal. Highly recommend!

Everything we needed for 3 generations of family!

Long story short-- GO! It is beautiful, comfortable, and easy. We stayed at Villa la Estancia for 5 nights this March/April and it was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents, uncle, preschooler, infant). I had stayed at Villa la Estancia previously directly through the resort with some girlfriends so I was familiar with the overall property. This time, though, we did not do the all-included meal plan-- we grocery shopped, then ate out one meal each day. Everything was so easy. Here are some highlights for us: -Spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms. My husband and I, our preschooler, and our infant in a crib shared the room with two queen beds and were still very comfortable! -Very helpful and friendly staff -Curt was so helpful answering questions before our arrival (and during our stay) -the picture in this posting of the Tabasco beach bar-- go! It's just past the resorts toward town as you walk along the beach and it was really fun! Delicious food and 2 for 1 beer until 6pm every day. Also the beach in front of the bar is a little gentler and better for kids -Grocery shopping was the play! The resort arranged a shuttle to Walmart ($9 each way, pay the driver), we bought food and beer for 6 people for 5 days ($200), then we went back to the drop point and there was a man there who helped get us a shuttle back. Back at Villa la Estancia the bell hops have a special cart to take groceries to the room-- so easy and a big money saver! -11% tip is included on all bills -The staff get a little money if you mention them by name in a review on the website that *advises* your *trip* but that I'm not allowed to write here or VRBO won't let me post this review lol Good to know: -The resort can provide a crib -Sand toys and a few left over non perishables and condiments in the fridge/pantry -You can drink the water from the tap and fridge filter! (We did and had no problems-- including for the kids) -It might have been user error, but we needed matches to light the grill (which was as clean as a whistle!) Thank you Curt-- we look forward to a return trip!

The host was extremely helpful and easy to work with and the property was spectacular. Huge open space with a ton of natural light, well maintained and in a perfect location to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation with the family. Highly recommended.

Great accommodations as usual at LaEstancia

The accommodations were wonderful. A cable shorted while we were cooking dinner. All the fuses blew. Finished dinner using grill outside. Maintenance came and replaced the cable the very next day. Had a great time as usual. Pat

Wonderful for a Family Holiday

Absolutely perfect villa for an 8 month old and a 3 year old who brought their Parents and Grandmother to Cabo for a week!! Villa is just great for families. Highly recommend this lovely villa and the resort. What makes it so special is the kind and friendly people who work there.

We and another couple bought a villa at La Estancia in 2004 and have enjoyed every minute of our time there. We bring family and friends and have had many relaxing, fun, memorable trips to Cabo.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Villa La Estancia is in the perfect location. Very close to downtown Cabo San Lucas with excellent restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet not 'too' close. Close to world class golf courses and fishing. A short drive to either San Jose del Cabo and Todos Santos with art shops, jewelry and more restaurants! Cabo San Lucas is isolated by the Sea of Cortez and at the end of the 1000 mile Baja Peninsula. The people are friendly, the golf is great, the food is excellent, and English is prevelant. We have always felt safe and welcome in Cabo. Cabo is a special place in Mexico.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our typical day involves having a coffee on the balcony watching the ocean and cruise ships coming in, and catching up on email. Then a good workout at the fitness center and then it's off to the beach or pool. Lunch at the pool, beach, or just down the beach to Tobasco's or the Office. A little jet ski or parasail, then it's Time For Cocktails at 5:00 before heading downtown for another great meal. Unless, of course, we never made it out of Tobascos. Then..........

The next day is for golf, fishing, a trip to San Jose or Todos Santos, or maybe zip lining or an ATV trip if you're feeling rambunctious.
