Ground floor poolside! 2024 Under New Management!

Ground Floor condo that opens directly onto the best resort pool area in PCB. You will not want to leave once you step foot on Shores of Panama extra large 5 star pool area. The lagoon type pool covers a large part of the area along with a gulf side hot tub, two walk up bar areas with food and drinks. This pool area is not just concrete and a pool, we are talking about tropical landscaping with fountains, bridges and space galore. There is a private pool side area that faces east so you have a great view of gorgeous sunsets.

This unit is beautifully decorated and was recently updated. It has one dedicated parking space and one additional space. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Furnished with 2 King beds, 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed and a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Shores of Panama is centrally located on the east end of PCB. You are within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping areas, bars and the one of the best donut shops in town. Walmart is also within walking distance. One of the most famous restaurants in PCB, Pineapple Willy's is next door with gulf side seating on a deck that stretches over the sand almost to the water's edge. You are 10 minutes from all of the marinas in PCB for all of the fishing and boating fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the unit was perfect for our family. We really liked the ground level walk out to the pool which made life easier for sure, never got on an elevator! The complex was clean and well maintained. Everything went smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this unit.

The location of being on the first floor was excellent! No waiting in line for elevators! The parking was a little frustrating at times having to search for a "yellow" spot for second vehicle. The armband policy is a little aggravating - no one wants a wristband tanline or to have them in beach photo shoot! But overall the stay was great! Great condo & the rental company "See Ya at the Beach" was very accommodating, quick to respond with easy communication! We continue to choose Shores of Panama when we come to PCB!

What a great experience!

We were surprised at the cleanliness. It smelled clean, no smell of moisture in the air, which I appreciate in Florida. The ground floor was a game changer! Everything was smooth, communication was great. There were plenty of linens/towels/fans/toilet paper. We would totally stay here again, this is one of our best short term rental experiences. Many thanks!

Family Vacation

This 1st floor property was super convenient to the pool, pool grill, and pool bar. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen had everything the we needed. The resort staff were always friendly and helpful. Great beach location and walking distance to Pineapple Willies, Waffle House, Walmart and more

Great spring break stay!

Wonderful stay, amazing location. We stayed here with 2 families- 4 adults and 3 kids 10 and under. First floor was the way to go! The pool was cold, but not the fault of the condo. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Relaxing weekend

My long-time friend and I enjoyed this property’s location. It was very easy to get out to the beach/pool. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to families, friends, or anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation.

Spring break getaway with family

Condo was clean and the location of the condo on the property cannot be beat! We loved being steps away from the pool and not having to deal with the elevator. The reserved parking was fantastic and we didn’t mind using the stairs to get to the 4th floor of the parking garage. I wish we could take Shore of Panama and move it down closer to the west end. We spent a lot of time driving down to the Pier Park area and the traffic at this time of the year was really bad.

Enjoyed stay but had a few issues

Other than the lock on front door wouldn’t work any so we had to leave the gate sliding door access unlocked to be able to get in. The tv in master bedroom with sliding door & kids room wouldn’t work. But other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed it!

Easy pool access

They only thing negative about location is the parking garage which I understand is not the condo owners fault. It was very nice being able to walk off balcony into pool area especially since we had family with mobility issues.

I wished I had stayed in a room higher than the ground floor bc I couldn’t see the beach. Also the garbage container was right outside our door .. not a pleasant smell

couch was horrible, I think it is time to be updated, door lock would not cooperate the first 5 times, to get in. Location was great, enjoyed staying on the 1st floor, hated parking deck, glad we didn't have to do the elevators, they were horrible on our last trip there.

Great condo with a great location

This first floor condo was wonderful. With the pool just outside your room and the ocean visible from the patio, it doesn't get much better. The owner was incredible. She answered all of our questions quickly and was great to deal with. The only downside to the condo is the 5-6 am garbage pickup outside the room every morning. As a light sleeper it became my wake-up call. Definitely give this condo a chance. We will be back!

Good location and facility but...

Dishwasher was broken. It had been rigged. The window treatment in the main room bracket had fallen out and had not been fixed before we got there. There was still a big fob of hair in the master shower drain. Besides that it was a nice condo. We loved the location.

A Great Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location location location!! We came down to Panama City for a get away after being stuck at home during COVID-19. Beaches opened the day that I booked this property. I loved the fact that it was on the ground level right off of the pool. No elevators!!!! The only negative was the trash dumpster was right outside the back and it was loud in the mornings. You just need to turn up the sound machine because the location is worth it. You can unload at the gate next to the dumpster which was just a few steps from the door. The balcony was great to eat meals and to come and go from. The gate even had a key lock so the kids could come and go, and we felt our things were safe in the room. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If the room was clean we would have enjoyed it. The bathrooms had black build up around the faucets/sliding doors. Also in the master bath the water stopped up in the tub and had black floating in the water. I used Clorox wipes to clean the best I could. With a brush and cleaner it would easily come off. Also my toddler had black feet after walking around in the condo. I’m wondering if pets have been in there previously because something in the room made her break out every day. I took pictures of it all. I think with a better cleaning service it could be turned around.

Panama shores #120

I am still trying to figure out why I saw a couple bad reviews for this unit cause honestly we took basically 8 adults 6 from 17-22 , me and the wife plus a 2 year old grandson and we had plenty of room and the balcony is probably 20 ft from the huge pool which was phenomenal for us actually our first time ground level and we loved it !!!! The only downside to #120 was the hallway bathroom wasn't a shower but the master and 1 other bedroom did so it wasn't a real problem for us .. the dishwashers top rack was popping off track but again we use paper plates for the most part.. everyone else with bad reviews complained about the trash but we only heard it once and that was today when we left and had the door opened to carry everything out and Sidenote u can park where the trash cans are at and unload and load up it's really close to the unit ( no one has mentioned that ) .. all in all I wish it wasn't already booked for the week in sept next year we always go cause I would stay here every year if possible !!!! Pics make this unit look smaller than it is in reality !!! Parking in the parking deck does suck but which one in PCB doesn't ... really enjoyed this place

Rules and more Rules

There are so many pool rules it takes the enjoyment away. There are security guards that patrol pool constantly. Property advertised as having a lazy river but you can't have any floats in the pool. Only lazy river I've seen where no floats or pool toys of any kind allowed. Living room furniture is horrible. Way past being comfortable to sit on and sleeper sofa is the worst. The foam pad provided for sofa is dirty and old. Ceiling fans coated in dust. Great unit is on ground floor as elevators are a nightmare but unit is noisy as dumpsters located outside of unit and also hit with foul smell of dumpsters every time walk outside. Yes have to use elevators to get to parking garage level parked on. There is an assigned parking space for this unit but we were unable to use it as tight squeeze. If managed to squeeze into space couldn't open car doors as parking garage wall on one side and huge trailer parked in space next to us. Per security if cars parked between white lines nothing can do. Security said it was a lousy parking space and garage built for cars not large trucks, SUVs and vans. We have a car and even then couldn't squeeze in as not worth damaging our car. You have to circle up garage levels until find a space not assigned to a condo and those are hard to find. The assigned space for this condo is on level 5 so will have to deal with elevators to unload and load car. Direct TV cable always going out so have to be smart and learn how to trouble shoot it yourself. Bathroom tub/shower is gross. Instead of a shower rod with curtain is sliding glass doors attached to tub and is disgusting, old caulking and mold in shower door tracks as no way to really clean it well. With floats not being allowed in pool and old uncomfortable living room furniture, bad parking space, gross tub, stinky dumpster that's emptied in early morning hours wouldn't stay here again. On plus side had no problems with security, check in or property management. Food from snack bar at pool good and reasonable priced. Nice large patio outside for quick and easy access to pool and beach. Still enjoyed vacation but for the price this condo unit needs new furniture and bathroom renovations. I wouldn't stay here again because of all the pool rules for lazy river.
