Great, house, great vacations.

Spent our National Holidays there and loved every minute. I will be coming again soon, as we also loved the nearby tavernas and surroundings.

Belle maison avec quelques lacunes

Maison agréable, avec grande piscine. Dommage pour ce niveau de prix: Électroménager vétuste qui aurait besoin d’être remplacé. Pas de lumière dans la piscine. (En panne)

Fabulous property

Highly recommend yanni’s villa, it was the highlight of our whole stay on Evia! Gorgeous pool, very spacious house, fully equipped. Beautiful decor throughout with lovely attention to detail. We felt incredibly lucky to have found it.

Fabulous house with great amenities.

Elegant and comfortable home with a very nice pool, and an accommodating cleaning, maintenance and grounds keeping staff. The seaside town of Karystos and surronding villages were a delight to visit and explore the sites. There are also some great scuba diving and snorkling spots throughout the bays of Karystos and Marmari in southern Evia.

Perfect family holidays!

Set on the outskirts of a lovely fisherman's village this villa was exactly what we needed for our family holiday. The villa is within very close proximity to the beach, the tavernas and local amenities, but at the same time offers the seclusion and peace you are looking for in a summer retreat. The kids loved playing at the pool during the day, while my husband and I enjoyed dinner and wine under the stars when the children went to bed. Bliss !!! We have already booked to go back this summer and this time we are staying not one but 2 weeks:)
