A newly renovated standalone townhouse in a quiet mostly senior community. There are two bedrooms with a spacious entertainment area. The master bedroom has a large closet. There are three smart televisions within the home just add your account. There is a small patio in the back with a charcoal grill. A washer and dryer is included for your convenience. The property is centrally located in the Augusta area and is less than 4 miles from "The Masters" golf tournament. NO PARTIES ALLOWED!

Very clean and comfortable for two couples. Kitchenette is small but stocked with coffee and some snacks, so certainly adequate for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a night or 2

Great place to stay if you’re passing though Augusta. Listing mentions hot tub by there isn’t one directly on the property, I assume it’s a communal one but we didn’t see it.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice place. We only was there overnight, but we throughly enjoy our stay. Everything was as pictured. Very nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place

It is in a quiet little neighborhood right in a central location in the Augusta area. The place was clean, with the little extras the property doesn’t have to have, to make the place more comfortable with the feeling of home

Beautiful Home

It was very clean and both bedrooms were big and spacious and nice. Nice little neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly as well

Kelly was very nice, responsive, my home was pretty clean. Issues were the entire home smelled liked marijuana and there was marijuana residue all over the house. It’s very difficult to get the smell out, it normally takes a couple of days and it’s bad on the next people that I host. I was truly disappointed.

Everything about this house was perfect for us. Troy was very helpful when I had a communication problem with VRBO. Two bed/two bath - perfect for my husband and me and our daughter and son-inlaw. Stayed here to attend Monday’s practice round at the Master’s. Easy to get there - about a 15 minute ride. Parking for 1 car - perfect. He left some water, Gatorade, energy drinks and some snacks. Can’t say enough good things about staying here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Quick and easy

A quiet, clean, and wonderful experience. We were able to park our 16 foot Enterprise rental truck sideways in the driveway! We appreciated the morning coffee before we hit the road. Thank you, Troy!
