The complex has an elevator, but please note there are stairs leading to the condo door, so this unit is not wheelchair accessible.

Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

We have the right to cancel and/or evict your from the unit if any of the house rules are broken.
