Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just minutes from Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Seaworld, and Discovery Cove. Close to shopping (Grocery Stores, Malls, & Outlets) just off US 192 highway in Kissimmee. Close to Orlando Airport. This is not a new short-term rental, but we are newly managing.

Didn't communicate with the host very much because everything was pretty much self explanatory and common sense.. this property was amazing and true comfort and easy commute to every attraction or theme park we visited. I will definitely be booking in the near future. Sadly we didn't get to experience the pool because of weather but we sure did enjoy going to the beach and other places. Awesome everything across the board and thank you so much for the memories me and my family created

The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Host was very responsive and sent things we needed same day through Amazon. Would recommend staying here if you need a place for several people.

- holes in walls- dirty stained towels- garbage still in the garbage can with old cigarettes when we arrived - water in the hand soap dispensers - 4 rolls of TP for 2.5 bathrooms - dirty carpets- dirt caked on vents- beds uncomfortable and very creeky - front door handle hanging on by a thread - back door blinds missing and broken- bedroom blinds broken and missing- shower faucet broken - pool closed the whole week we were here without notice until last day we were here- remotes missing batteries- lanai furniture was old and dirty

Family Time

The place was nice and very clean. The neighbors were not noisy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The community was very nice. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Looking forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay

The communication with the property manager was excellent. The property was as described. The location made it easy to get to Disneyworld. The unit was spotless. We enjoyed our month's stay and have already booked for next year.

Highly Recommend

The host was very responsive and helpful. Everything was clean. Great for a family if you are just looking for a place to crash at the end of the day. 20-30 min drive to Sea World & Disneyland. Would definitely book again if we ever go back.

There were many positives to mention about the stay at the property, namely the cleanliness, its location and the quietness. However I was not overall pleased. I feel like the advertisement was a bit swayed. While the pictures showed the property, the angels made things appear larger. I feel the property was staged with minimal rate furniture. Everything was too low. The pictures showed a pool and a hot tube but they were communal. I was under the impression there was a hot tube on the residence. I also thought the parking was atrocious. It would have been nice if there was guest community parking. The wifi did not work the entire stay so we could not use it nor watch television the entire stay. I was not able to use my hot spot either. I had a presentation that I could not show. Overall, I would rate the stay a 6 out of 10. It was good, but not exactly what I expected.

Good place on a budget

Place was good on a budget. Only things were kitchen and living room were a little small. Kitchen was hard to cook in, and furniture wasnt really comfortable. The community pool and hot tub area were not very clean, and the hot tub water was really gross. Good place to stay if you dont plan on using the pool area.

Nice stay

House was nice, host was very prompt at answering questions. However, be prepared to bring coffee, laundry detergent, trash bags, and towels, because there was only one towel per person for a week stay, and very limited toilet paper. Hosted brought laundry detergent, coffee, and dish soap when I asked about it. Advertisement said there was highchair and portable crib on the property, but we couldn’t find it. Other than that, it was very good and I would stay again.

Could be better!

The place was spacious. However it was not the cleanest and the furniture needs replaced. We ended up fixing the toilet in the upstairs bathroom since the chain was broken. We needed to clean the showers before they could be used since they had mold and when we went to sleep my son and I woke up with a bad rash from the bed we used and ended up needing medication. All bedding sheets were washed right after.

Nice townhome, great area, very clean

The location being half way between Disney and Silver Spurs Event Center was perfect for us. It was right off the highway 192, and close to shopping and many restaurants. The pool area was nice, and the entire area was very clean. The only negative that I have is that having stayed in other vrbos, there were no trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc. provided. There was a very limited amount of toilet paper for a family of 6. We immediately had to go out and purchase these items as well as batteries for the TV remote, detergent and fabric softener. Overall, I would recommend this vrbo to anyone, just be prepared to pick up a few things.

This place had the necessary bedrooms for our stay. The location was convenient for what my family needed to do & major roads. The host was very nice & when I had a complaint, he worked to make it better. Unfortunately, it was too late for our first impression effect. In not way am I bashing this property, but I would like to give an honest assessment for the next guest's expectations. The home was not cleaned very well (host sent a crew the next day). I had to purchase paper towels, tissue, bowls, flatware, wash clothes, and some cleaning products. The home is a bit older, so do not expect all new fixtures. Some of the blinds were broken. The main vertical in the back was missing so privacy was lacking.
