Came to Denver for a wedding and this tri-level was INFINITELY better than a hotel room. Had plenty of space to relax, was still close to everyone in town for the wedding and I saved over 500 compared to what I would have spent on the hotel block. Close enough to everything in downtown Denver that we could walk to, including Coors Field one day. The property was nicely furnished and the full kitchen meant we could cook and didn’t have to resort to reheating food. Everything was clean, and the AC was amazing - coming from a Kentucky resident dealing with crazy heat and humidity, it was nice walking in and the place being cool right away! All-in-all, it was the perfect choice for an extended holiday weekend stay and will be looking to come back the next time we’re in Denver!

We had a great stay! It is a unique loft apartment that had all that we needed. Check in was easy and it is in a very convenient location, walkable to everything.

The loft was clean, spacious, and cute. The kitchen was well stocked and three levels gives plenty of opportunity for privacy or having a work space. The location was good with close proximity to Coors field, RINO, or downtown. Our host let us drop our bags a few hours early so that was very helpful. Two things to note about the property. First, there are only a couple clothes washers for the entire building, so it was difficult to find a free moment where they weren't being used. Second, the area surrounding the building is quite urban so be prepared for visible homelessness and the accompanying activities when you exit the building.

Great spot for city stay in Denver

This downtown condo was a great place to get away in the city. Close to the train station, walkable, super convenient to just about everything. Next time I’m in Denver, I’ll definitely plan to stay here.

Worked perfect

I was in town for a baseball game and this place worked out perfect. I just needed somewhere to sleep and hang out for a little bit.

We loved the courtyard. It was a perfect location to be near but not too near downtown. The only downside or upside is there are lots of stairs, and only one bathroom on the top floor. But otherwise, we enjoyed the space very much.

This property was in a great location, close enough to all of the LoDo attractions and sports facilities. It's not spacious but has everything you might need.

Cool little spot in a great location.

The unit was clean and tidy upon arrival. The host had great communication with us and facilitated our needs. Unit is in a great location with many attractions close by. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay here anytime!!!

Very comfortable weekend getaway!

We enjoyed staying in this property for the weekend. There is so much to walk to from here and The Lobby restaurant in same the courtyard was so convenient! The mattress is comfy. The living room is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals. We are considering a future stay here again already.

I really enjoyed staying at Shino's loft apartment. The entire place was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the nice desk and external monitor, I was able to get a little bit of work done in the evenings. It was an easy walk to my office and Union Station for my train ride to and from the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

Great loft that's walkable to everything

The loft is in a great location, quietly located not far from Coors field. The football and basketball stadia are further but still walkable with plenty of buses as an option as well. The unit has an upstairs BR/BA, mid-level kitchen and dining area, and downstairs auxilliary bedroom. This was perfect for me as a single traveler but would be great for a couple or small family

Perfect place to crash!

The cutest apartment, tidy and uncluttered. Located in a great location to walk a variety of places. The neighbors were kind. Yes there were homeless outside, but it was no problem as they are everywhere. Having a place to park was great. We parked and walked everywhere. Highly recommend! We didn’t want to leave.

Clean apartment, close to downtown

Good communication with property owner and easy to access apartment. Close to ballpark, Union Station, and conference center. Easy, flat walk Restaurant downstairs was closed during my stay (no fault of property owner) but looked lovely. It was nice to have access to a number of rooms. Perfect for a single person. No doors between floors or rooms, so might have been more difficult if I was staying with my family.

Overall the location is as described. The bed was comfortable, kitchen more than adequate and nice touch having a monitor to connect my laptop too in the downstairs area. Could use a bit of TLC throughout. The courtyard looked great, lots of stairs not only in the unit but plenty getting up there... I got a good workout! The location is okay but too many homeless even right at the outside the gate. Transportation, I often used a Lime scooter - cost saver if you will be there a few or more days buy minutes in advance!

Great convenient stay and communication with the owner. The neighborhood has homeless junkies sleeping on the street throughout the block. That’s a Denver issue. My only complaint about this rental.

Thank you for you review, Deano, I understand the issue with the homeless folk. Denver city is working on this and it has improved a lot in the last year in this area. We hope it will not be an issue in future.
