A polished gem near it all

Ron's place is nothing short of impressive, comfortable, and luxurious. It far surpasses the listing details - very comfortable for our group. The weather permitted easy walking to the convention center and the Marriott for our conferences. Felt like a privilege to share this place, you won't be disappointed.

Convenient and Clean

Ron was great answered all my questions and responded quickly. House was clean and had everything you would need. Will definitely be staying again next year.

Great for Business Get Away

We were in for a conference at the convention center. Location was great. Easy to get in and out of. Walkable to the beach for a little relaxation. Plenty of space.

Wonderful stay

Very peaceful and safe location for families. This home is in a very quiet friendly neighborhood. Quick beautiful walk to the beach. Great shelling beach. The house is wonderful. It was very clean and well stocked for our needs. Loved the lighting and sound system. The private courtyard with hot tub was great. Kitchen was perfect and three bathrooms came in very handy. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Excellent Accomodations

I highly recommend for your next stay in Fort Lauderdale.We were a group of 6 guys there through the second week of February. The house was very clean with everything exactly as the pictures show. Lots of living space both inside and out.The well stocked Kitchen was amazing. Lots of space to prep and cook meals. The non-stick pans were actually non-stick and the knives actually sharp. Which for whatever reason seems so rare to find in a place. Lots of fridge space, a separate bar and dishwasher were a welcomed addition.The courtyard outside offered both shade and sun. The hot tub, firepit and BBQ were nice to have for relaxing at night and cooking up the fish dinners.We were close enough to everything we needed. The beach was a 5 minute walk. Downtown and the grocery store was a 5min or less drive. Walkable if you wanted. A gas station/convenance store 3 min walk away for last minute items. The beach wagon and cooler were extra handy for transporting drinks.The neighbourhood is well kept up and quiet.Check in and Check out was simple. A special thank you to the host, Ron, who was always available for any questions we had.Overall a 10/10 and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Older family get together

Beds and furniture was comfortable. Kitchen that a chef woud love. Grand location. Modern house with fun electonics. Felt safe and had a great time.

Great place to stay!

We were in town for Tortuga Music Festival but wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk and this was it! There was not a single detail missing from this property to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. My only regret is not staying longer. Living room was spacious and comfortable, kitchen is top notch and the bedrooms were spectacular! The outdoor area with hot tub and hammock is literally the cherry on top. We will be back!
