Beautiful location, on the sea front, quiet but for a week away from the hustle & bustle just perfect, with some space for both teenagers & adults.

Absolutely perfect holiday spent with our whole family in this beautiful villa right on Avlaki beach. The location was second to none, straight out of the gate and into the beautiful sea, 20 minute walk into Kassiopi or 6 minute drive. Villa was so spacious and had everything we needed when cooking in, outside area and pool were incredible - our host Lisa was superb helping with any questions we had regarding restaurants etc ….. taverna next door was absolutely fabulous too! There was only one problem, the WiFi wasn’t good at all, my husband needed to work from home a few days and connection was very poor, definitely needs updating to a quicker network. We cannot wait to return!

AMAZING FAMILY HOLIDAY

Absolutely wonderful stay in this property! our host Lisa was exceptional, she suggested a family day to Corfu town by boat from the nearby Kassiopi which was a huge success. she also was on hand for anything and everything we asked of her. I would highly recommend this property and cannot thank the lovely Lisa for all her help while staying there. The taverna next door was an excellent choice for us as a family and of course the beach just yards from the gate. This holiday from start to finish was full of happy family memories. Thank you LIsa

Amazing location

Just returned from a wonderful week here. The location is perfect. Under a minute from bed to sea! Nicely private garden and pool area and next to the delicious Cavo Barbaro ( who were happy to do takeaways). Perfect having separate houses as teenagers could be more independent. The kitchen (s) are very small so preparing food for 10 is quite challenging, but the bbq worked well and we bought chips and salad from Cavo Barbaro next door. WI-FI a bit erratic but didn’t matter too much. Easy to hire a boat and paddle boards on the beach and the sea is crystal clear and very calm in the mornings. Highly recommend this lovely house for a happy holiday.

Fantastic Way to Celebrate turning 65

I rented this property for 3 weeks in order to have time with various family members and friends while I celebrated turning 65. The Villa did not disappoint and I had a fantastic time with all of my friends and family. It’s hard explain how wonderful my time in Avlaki Beach was, but let's start with Lisa Francis, concierge extraordinaire. Lisa facilitated the arrivals and departures of my guests efficiently via taxis and mini-buses. Additionally she managed the cleaning staff with ease ensuring all of the rooms were ready despite my guests’ crazy departures and arrivals. In addition, her recommendation for a chef to cater my birthday celebration resulted in a wonderful family dinner for all. Her dining recommendations for local restaurants made everyone happy. The location of the Villa could not have been more perfect, nestled between two wonderful restaurants and so close to Kassiopi and San Stefano made dining options plentiful. Sitting on one of the many porches, looking out at the pool and beyond to the Ionian Sea created the perfect relaxing setting. It was wonderful to arrive and see that the pictures presented of the Villa were true to life. The cleaning crew worked efficiently and did a great job. Babis, the jack of all trades seemed to always have a smile on his face, even when checking on things in the pouring rain. I highly recommend Avlaki Beachfront Villas to anyone wanting to have an enjoyable base in Corfu.

Schhöne Villa mit kleinen Mängeln

Wie im Titel schon beschrieben ein wunderschönes Objekt mit kleinen Mängeln. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Meer. Die Außenanlage sehr schön. Im Haus und am Haus müssten müsste das ein oder andere repariert bzw. Erneuert werden. Vielen Dank an Lisa für die tolle Unterstützung und Betreuung.

Fabulous location, fabulous villa

Great communication with the hostesses Tracy and Phoebe. An incredible location metres from the turquoise sea. Spacious accomodation, cleaned every second day. Would definitely recommend!

Villa Avlaki

Very enjoyable week. Well equipped villa with all necessary amenities. Superb restaurant next door. Do need a car to visit supermarket, travel to local places of interest etc

Amazing gem of Corfu

This was in our top 3 vacations of all time. The location is ideal, the vibe in Avlaki is super cool and I didn’t want it to end. We will definitely be back.

Great located villa with superior hospitality by villa's manager!

Property is situated on front of beach with great view for bay and rocks mountains around. Villa is equipped in everything what we needed to spend calm rest and also has good in size pool which guaranteed us calm noon if comes about children:) But the biggest advantage of villa are care and hospitality of Tracy who is Manager of this property. She is very heplful in any issue about your stay at island. In our case she helped us in very emergency case who was totaly could destroy our stay on island. I'd like to reccomend this property for every turist who like spend time in calm in good conditions. BTW. Next to villa is very good taverna:)

Fabulous Avlaki Beachfront Villa

We had the most amazing stay at Avlaki Beachfront Villa, the location is stunning and incredibly peaceful. The Cavo Barbero Taverna next door is very convenient, they deliver food to eat at the villa and of course you can eat alfresco at the restaurant and enjoy the beautiful beach views. The villa itself is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy days around the pool and nights in for a bbq. The supermarket Nikos will deliver your shopping order over 50 Euro’s. Kassiopi Harbour is a few minutes taxi drive away and is extremely beautiful with great gift shops and restaurants. You can also do boat trips from here to Corfu Town and diving plus lots more. The two villa configuration worked perfectly for us as two families having some privacy but enabling us to still holiday together around the pool during the day and spend evenings together. We thoroughly recommend staying here both the owner Katerina and the manager Tracy could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had a fabulous holiday.

We had a wonderful family holiday in Avlaki. It’s in an idyllic area of Corfu.

Wonderful holiday with everything you need close by. We went with our grownup children and friends and the twin villa worked perfectly. The villas are very well equipped with an excellent taverna next door! The outdoor area is beautifully kept and sea is literally just outside the gate. We hired a boat for a week and explored the many coves and sea- fronted tavernas by boat each day. We will definitely be coming back!
