Our Villas and Casitas offer one king bed for 1-2 adults total; there are no 2-bedroom suites. Each suite is priced separately
Starting from $250/nt $300/nt -$375/nt - $400/nt
depending on which Villa or Casita you choose.

Casablanca is located on beautiful Gavilan Beach, situated near the new Kimpton Hotel..
Cerritos surf/swim beach and San Perdrito surf break ..
Cerritos Beach has numerous bars and restaurants on the beach live music, surf, swim, boogie boarding and board rentals.

10-minute drive to the Historic Downtown Todos Santos and Famous Hotel California. Todos Santos historical town has many charming shops, historical buildings, numerous galleries, restaurants, and many outdoor activities to choose from. The locals are very friendly and most speak English.

Casablanca is over20,000 sq ft of beachfront construction

Casablanca Villa offers 2 large Villas and 2 smaller Casitas, each priced separately. They may be booked individually or together, pending availability. The property has a massive infinity pool, beach access, and a 1000 sq ft Tiki Bar. Each Villa has a private entrance and private parking. Please read the full description below before booking. Please remember this is an Adults Only venue.
Each Villa/Casita can accommodate 2 adults in each of the four total.
Grand infinity pool is heated December to June.

Fantastic Location

Julies property is nothing short of spectacular. We had the Grand East room and both smaller casitas for a 50th birthday party. We were all able to gather comfortably in the larger room and on various parts of the property. There are so many locations to relax and chill, not to mention the near private beach that is just steps away. We were fortunate during our stay to see whales every day and was even privy to a few humbacks scrapping their barnacles off at the break. Truly a fantastic trip and we are already planning our return :)

Great stay

Julie is a fantastic host. She had everything ready when we arrived and walked us through things answering any question we might have had before we asked it. She gave great recommendations for restaurants and local things to do and see. The home is beautiful and even with all 3 areas occupied there was plenty of privacy. The beach is amazing and you can walk as far as you can see in both directions from the house and only see a few people. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool is beautiful and the pool side palapas were more than comfortable. It was a wonderful stay.

What a treat!

My husband and i live in Cabo San Lucas and love little get away's to Todos Santos and Cerritos. We have stayed at 1/2 a dozen places and this is, by far our favorite. its is comfortable, clean, decorated really nicely. We sat on the lovely view deck and soaked up the sunset with wine and cheese. Later that evening after a great dinner in Todos Santos, we returned and walked down to the beach (Directly in front of the Casita) after watching the waves crash , we relaxed on the loungers under the Palapa and watched shooting stars. Julie and Deacon were incredibly accommodating. this is just a sweet place!

Unbelievable private luxury space on Baja beach

I am almost reluctant to review as I don’t want word to get out about this wonderful spot. The pictures on the VRBO site don’t do it justice. We stayed a week and took over all four spaces, it was perfect. Unmatched views, beautiful pool, so many spaces in which to lounge and dream while looking out at the ocean, and a practically empty beach. Julie is a wonderful host, we had all the info we needed and a quick response to every question. She also set us up with a fantastic private chef, and heavenly massages on site. Beds so comfortable, stocked kitchens and bathrooms with everything you could possibly need, our whole week was perfection. Thank you Julie!

Unbelievably good!

Sometimes you find a place that is truly as advertised, and more. This is it! Wow. We were looking at possible dates for our return before we even left. Beautiful sunsets, saw more whales this trip than in our entire lives, long walks on a wide, clean beach, fantastic restaurants to choose from, Julie made us feel welcome and free to ask questions, the dogs loved walking the beach with us (Sasha entertained us with her amazing digging for crabs), the bedding was so comfortable, the property has so many choices for places to relax, beautiful infinity pool with fiber optic lights at night, no bugs at all during our stay. Julie has done a fantastic job with this property and is so dedicated to making your stay perfect.

room with a view, sea breeze and surf

We stayed 4 nights ad wished it could've been much longer. The casita overlooks the most amazing stretch of sand... With no one on it! Great for long morning walks with the resident dog, Boggie. Or romantic, moon-lit strolls in the evening. Easy access to a swimming beach, Todos Santos for food and galleries and Jimmy at Cabo Extreme for a great fishing and whale watching experience. Julie has recommendations and is available while also wonderfully non intrusive. Maximum comfort with top quality sheets, towels and bedding. Ideal. As a contrast we stayed in a luxury hotel inTodos Santos one night, and while it was a treat, we missed the peace of Casablanca. Roosters and dogs barking during the night are an endearing quality of stay in Mexico, but the night time experience at Casablanca was like a meditation tape, very tranquil. We hope to be back.

It's all here

My wife and I were looking for a place to celebrate our 1st anniversary and we were looking for a location on a beach where we could unwind. We found it and so much more at the Casablanca Casita. We rented the Casita only and found it to be more than sufficient for us, and Julie was very helpful to point us in the direction of some unforgettable restaurant experiences - food we still crave today. We loved getting to know Julie and Deacon and Bogey (the dog), and were overwhelmed at their thoughtful but unintrusive hospitality. We only had difficulty with two things: renting a car (we didn't pay upfront and arrived to discover there was none waiting for us) and leaving the airport once we found one. There are no clear signs for the bypass road, and we had no clear map to help. With a keen sense of situational awareness, though, we figured it out. When you leave the airport....turn left and follow the one green sign that says San Jose Del Cabo. If it looks like you're going in the wrong direction and out in the middle of nowhere on a well paved road, you're going the right way :)

Paradise & Awesome host!

Julie's property is pristine, private and a piece of paradise. My husband and I stayed three nights, two in the Grand East Villa, one in the West Wing. Both rooms were spacious and beautiful. The high end Grand Villa kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals at home. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious with everything you need from Q-tips, sun screen, lotions, shampoo and conditioner! You could lay in bed and listen to the waves and watch the sea from both suites. We felt like we had the place to ourselves with our private patios and pool area, and endless stretch of empty beach. Great communication from Julie and a warm welcome as well as recommendations for local restaurants and tips on adventures nearby. The pool side beach front cabana was our favourite spot to sit and relax, and we were lucky to have quite the show with breaching whales right out front. The pool is the perfect temperature and such a beautiful spot to spend the day in the sun or evening under the stars with the entire property lit up beautifully. We didn't get a chance to use the Tiki bar as we ate out every evening, but what an awesome spot to cook and entertain. We were already planning our next booking by the end of the first day, to share this gem with family and friends. Thank you Julie for such a beautiful spot for our little kid free getaway, we will be back!

Best place ever!!

Incredible. Even better than the pictures. We typically stay active on vacations, but we just wanted to stay here and relax. Julie is awesome, on site, easy to talk to and great advice on things to do and where to eat. I agree with others, no bad restaurants. If you are wondering where to stay check out the other reviews also and ask yourself if you have ever seen a place with such great reviews. Thats what I said to myself when I booked and it truly was even better when I got there. I told Julie that I would be honest about my review and I do have one complaint. I am from Minnesota and like to swim for excercise..... the pool was too warm! (about86-90 degrees!). Everyone else loved it though. The pool area at night is the most beautiful I have ever seen. Fiber optics on the bottom make it look like the night sky! The beach is fabulous, long walks every day. Some brave souls surfed directly in front of the house, otherwise short 5-10 minute drive to Cerritos beach which is awesome, great surfing with an awesome restaurant on the beach that has the best pina colads ever (blender full of fresh pineapple, coconut and the nutmeg on top was a great touch). Like the majority of people who have stayed here........ We will be back!!

Amazing Beachfront Compound

Stayed a week in this beautiful oceanfront compound with three of our couple friends. The villas and casitas are well stocked and we had so much fun having cocktails in the Tiki bar each afternoon. Julie is a great host and a wealth of information about the area.

Paradise, absolute paradise

Book this. You won’t regret it. Julie is not only one of the loveliest people we got to meet here in the baja, but she gave us a free upgrade to a larger unit and supplied us with all the tips we needed for the area. The place itself is VERY clean, which my clean freak husband loved. The views of the unit, the pool, the various places to lounge about were so inviting and immaculate. The location is perfect, great daily walk to Cerritos beach and very friendly neighbourhood. We look forward to making this our spot when we return. Thank you Julie!

Spectacular

Julie was so great at communicating with perfect directions and was quick to reply to any questions I had. This place is the ultimate relaxation. Beautiful Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and relaxed at this beautiful location. We watched whales from the deck (wish we brought binoculars!). Don’t forget to bring cash (150.00) for cleaning fee. The place is spacious, the kitchen is well stocked (bring coffee) and we found no reason to leave, going for morning walks and preparing meals to enjoy on the deck. Will definitely be back. Julie is easy to reach and very accommodating. Great trip!

Paradise in Baja

We love the location and the comfort of our unit. The bed is amazing and we love our deck lounging area. Perfect to watch the sunset and whale watch. We listen to the sound of the surf all day & night. El Pescadero has amazing restaurants- fresh fish, really anything you would want. The area is very laid back and friendly. Perfect location to unwind.

Already talking about returning

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Casa Blanca. Julie made getting there easy and met us to show us all of the features the first afternoon. She also helped me arrange a massage on our patio. The unit we rented was huge and gorgeous, and we would definitely want to return. The pool, gym, and excellent Wi-Fi make it a great option for working remotely also. Thanks again, Julie!

Most beautiful place ever!

We came here to celebrate my husband's 35th birthday with some friends and couldn't have loved this place more! It was truly paradise.
