Escape to our Private Luxury Mountain Villa in Costa Rica. Nestled in picturesque Quebradas, 5 mins from San Isidro and 40km from the beach. Features include: 6,000 sqft villa, fast fiber optic internet (200Mbps), apartment, gym, jacuzzi, large pool, massage room, tropical gardens & river views. Inside features 24ft ceilings and 2 master suites. At an altitude of 900m we have the perfect Goldilocks climate & San Isidro provides great amenities. Relax & unwind in style and comfort.

Escape to paradise at our Private Luxury Mountain Villa in Costa Rica. Nestled in the picturesque Quebradas community, just five minutes from San Isidro del General and 45 minutes to Dominical beach, our villa offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience.

Step through the automatic gate to discover the villa's magnificent 1.45-acre grounds, featuring lush tropical gardens, a rushing river, and stunning mountain views. The property includes a 6,000 sq. ft. main villa, originally built in 1993 and fully remodeled in 2007, as well as a guest apartment and small gym.
Relax and unwind in the swimming pool, complete with an in-water sitting area with table and custom-built oversized Jacuzzi spa. The pool area, with its 4,500 sq. ft. of blue tiles, overlooks the tropical gardens and the rushing Quebradas river. The property includes a massage room with a custom-built bamboo massage table, where you can escape and receive an incredible massage from a local masseuse. You can even hire a private chef to make your meals.
Inside, the main villa boasts 24-ft. Cathedral ceilings, two large master bedroom suites with tubs & showers, two additional bedrooms and apartment with showers, formal dining room, tea room, a fully equipped kitchen, formal living room, media room and balconies overlooking the pool and the Quebradas river. The design and style of the villa combine natural stone, hard to find exotic woods, and glass to create a unique, luxurious ambiance.

Located at an altitude of around 900 meters (2,953 feet), the property offers a near-perfect micro-climate with daytime temperatures in the low to mid 80’s ( F ) and at night can dip into the low 60's. The property is just 5 minutes from San Isidro del General, where you can find everything you need including great public and private medical care, numerous shopping and dining choices, and even a mall with a small cinema!

There is a cat that lives there.

When we arrived a the house the first thing we saw was a cat. There was no mention about a cat being there in the listing, at first we thought it was an out door cat but when we went in

We were very disappointed with this home. Yes, it is large enough for a big group, however, it is not adequately stocked for a large group. Not enough towels and what we had was ripped, stained, etc. The entire house was dirty. From the furniture to the floors, linens, etc. More than half of the lightbulbs both inside and out were either burned out or missing. We arrived at night and it was extremely difficult to find our way - pitch dark, not one light on anywhere. Many of the homes floor tiles, both inside and out, are broken and loose. Many pool tiles are missing and broken. It had a run down / abandon feeling. Random food in fridge, dead bugs in windows. Dishes were not clean. Ceiling fans did not work, were broken or missing. Lamps on nightstand could not be plugged in. Clutter everywhere. It literally felt like a large family abandoned the property and then offered it for rent. Not even a coffee pot and the host said he went to Panama to try and find one. Hint - they are at the local market for cheap. We had a very hard time reaching the host prior to the trip. Wrong phone numbers, missed emails, etc. We were scrambling the night before the trip to make contact. This house needs so much work and a deep cleaning. We were so uncomfortable we checked out early and rented another home. Make sure you are aware that there is no AC and windows do not open in many rooms. There were a few fans around but they were filthy. Do not recommend.

Linda casa en las montañas de Pérez Zeledón

Casa muy grande y muy cómoda. De fácil acceso. Cerca de San José. La casa muy cerca del centro de Pérez Zeledón, con muchos supermercados , panaderías y farmacias disponibles. Excelente campo para mascotas. Un 100 por permitir mascotas sin restricciones de tamaño. Contacto 100% con la naturaleza. Payton es un gran anfitrión. La renta incluye personal de servicio y limpieza de la piscina cada dos días, lo cual es excelente. Katerine y Yorky fueron muy amables siempre.

Its proximity to 11 universities, 3 hospitals, and reputable schools reflects a strong family-oriented culture. The region boasts incredibly pure water and a diversity of beautiful birds. It's conveniently close to the beach, yet enjoys cooler nights around 68°F – simply perfect. Our house stands out with its unique design, ample space, and beautiful surroundings, complete with well-paved roads, high-speed internet, and a luxurious, relaxing environment.
