CASITA DE 7 PALMERAS sits at the top of Point Loma Heights in a quiet residential neighborhood of Ocean Beach. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay, La Jolla and SeaWorld. This Casita is a charming guest house with an amazing California King bed, hot tub, and garage. The Casita has wood floors, tiled shower, 50 inch television with Direct TV High Definition channeling, fast wireless wifi, private view terrace with an oversized hammock. The hot tub patio has sitting chairs and an outdoor fire pit. Kitchenette has a refrigerator / freezer, toaster oven, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, blender, and a gas BBQ. At the end of the day relax in the hot tub. Beach chairs, boogie board & some beach toys are provided. Our goal is to provide you a wonderful place to stay where you can truly relax and feel at home. We have been hosting since 2011 and love all of our amazing guests and receive great satisfaction when guests enjoy the Casita space..

Brief stay on family road trip

My wife and two daughters and I had a wonderful homebase here as we explored San Diego beaches and the zoo. It was quiet, clean, and self contained with wonderful parking. It was perfectly relaxing and homey.

Perfect Getaway!

Great location and a wonderful place to stay. We loved our time at the casita. We loved hanging on the balcony and relaxing in the hot tub. Having the garage was such a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The best thing about this property is the amazing host! Scott helped us with a small glitch when we arrived and was incredibly responsive. He also stocked the kitchen with coffee so that our mornings were relaxed and perfect! Can’t say enough good things about this host and his lovely property.

Fantastic little gem with a view!

We had a WONDERFUL time at the Casaita, the bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was easy to operate, and the view from the 2nd floor balcony was phenomenal! We'll definitely be back!

Great place to stay in OB! Garage parking was convenient and the space is clean and super comfortable. The tide pools and restaurants are within walking distance which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again, a weekend wasn’t long enough!

Nice place!

The property was clean and there was plenty of room. Loved the hot tub! The host has obviously been doing this a long time and has anticipated his guest’s needs. The neighborhood is cute and quiet but the busier area or closest market is down a large hill so keep that in mind if you don’t have a car.

Over garage casita

This property is terrific for just 2 people. If you have rented a car it is absolutely a gem because you can park in the garage! Parking in Loma Heights is extremely hard to find— on the street is it and that’s at a premium!. Scott was very responsive, excellent communicator but did not intrude! He made it very easy for us!

This property had all the basics that I look for, while staying away from home. The bed was great, water pressure all good and coffee maker I could figure out. The outside patio with views was very nice! A happy camper.

Good value; great location!

There were a tonne of positives to this property; the location was amazing, the hot tub was excellent, the host/check in process was easy and drama free. I feel like the posted photos don't do justice to how good this property is for the value- would recommend. Our only small issue was sometimes the water pressure wasn't very good- otherwise it was a great stay!

This is an excellent casita to stay in for 2 people. It was clean & the bed is so super comfortable. Having a garage to park in is what made this place stand out from others for us. The contactless check in & check out is why we choose places like this over hotels. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

The location was perfect and the views were great. Loved being able to use a garage and soaking in the hot tub! The location was quiet and clean and a great place for our visit. Scott offered to let us check in early which was super convenient since we came in on an early flight. Great place to stay!

Comfy casita with ocean views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the casita. Can I start by saying what a relief it was to have a garage for parking!! We were in town for a work conference and had a huge rental suv that would have been awful to park in the street. Scott was super accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early, which worked out perfectly leaving downtown and going right to the beach. The casita was super cute and spacious!! There was plenty of room for all our luggage and didn’t feel like it was in the way. Keep in mind there are stairs leading to the room so pack accordingly. The kitchen was a nice change from hotel living, although we didn’t cook anything it was a nice place to keep our snacks and cold items (local beer, of course!). The bed was SOOOO COMFY!! I could have just laid there all day, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The wall that separated the bathroom was made of those thick glass bricks, so it’s somewhat see through. May not be ideal if your sharing with others or are shy. There’s a cute patio with a great view of the ocean. We didn’t have time to check out the jacuzzi, but it was very private and looked nice!! Love how walkable OB is, although you’ll get a good leg workout if you’re not used to a steep climb. There’s a ton of great food and bars nearby and, of course, the Sunset Cliffs. I’ll absolutely check this place out during my next trip to OB.

Great location

Great place to stay, it was easy to get anywhere in the area. The unit is very spacious, you have a lot of space to move around. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day of walking along the area beaches.

Beautiful & Relaxing

Private rooftop terrace, able to see fireworks every night from sea world! Hot tub was clean, private, & kept hot. AC worked well, beds were comfortable. Only 1 king bed & a pullout couch, decent size though. Location was nice, felt safe. Absolutely loved having our own garage space. Overall we had an amazing experience at the Casita. Would highly recommend for a single family!
