Step inside this brightly lit and beautifully updated home, where consistent modern decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. With two distinct living areas—one on the main floor and another in the cozy, rustic-themed finished basement—there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and connect.

Enjoy our collection of board games or a quiet morning coffee on the outdoor deck and patio. The home's three levels offer comfortable and private living space for all.

The 6th bedroom was next to the furnace room with one cot-like bed and no furniture. Also, the house was further from town than we expected.

The house was perfect. Location was close to everything but on a quiet street in a really cute neighborhood. Our host was very communicative and helpful and everything was perfect and as expected based on the description.

A group of friends from college stayed here over the weekend, and it was just perfect for us. Enough rooms so everyone got their own, The house was clean and welcoming. The television worked great for watching football. And it's only a ten-minute walk to the St. Charles entertainment district. We were very happy with our stay!

Great Location!

We came for a family reunion in St. Charles and this property is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown, and so close to parks, community pools, and lots to do for families! When we come back, we would like to stay here again!

We chose this house due to the number of bedrooms while we were in town for our son’s wedding. Three of the beds were quite comfortable, the other three could use to be replaced. The house was surface level clean, but was filled with earwig bugs and spiders - one ran across my daughter’s face while she laid down in bed. The 2nd floor bathroom had no water pressure and mold on the floor. The couch was old and needed to be replaced. The flooring in certain parts of the house was beginning to pop up. The garbage and recycling bins were full so there was nowhere to place garbage and recycling - so the host told us to place in the garage. The yard had not been mowed in quite awhile so the grass was tall and buggy. We had planned to check out Monday after the wedding so we could enjoy St. Charles for a day after the wedding but ultimately decided to check out early and leave on Sunday. The host did discount a day on the bill. The location is great … and a short walk to downtown which was fantastic.

Visiting St. Charles, IL "A HUGE YES"

This beautiful home was perfect.. Beautiful home!!! Strictly designed for sleeping only. No space for entertaining. Neighbors very hospitable... VERY LIMITED PARKING. Town overall was a must see, everything beautiful! Downtown St. Charles, IL is definately a must see. Loved everything about the area and the beautiful home

Girlfriend trip

The location of the house was its best feature. It was a very short drives to everything we wanted to do. There are plenty of rooms, spaces, and beds for a large group to spread out. Parking is a detriment. It’s very steep and small. Street parking at your own risk. The management was very accommodating. We did report to them that there were areas that needed more cleaning.

Nice Getaway!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at this house. We cooked dinner on Friday at the house. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. We are thankful we brought a cooler as the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. The next day we ran to the store and grabbed a bag to last us for the rest of the trip. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had three couples on our trip. So, each couple had their own floor and bathroom. That worked out nice. We spent the next day in Geneva and had Uber pick us up and that worked out nicely. We came back home and enjoyed sitting in the Family room talking about our day. Overall, it was a nice house. We would come back in the future. The communication with the house manager was very good!
