Ideal for fishing enthusiasts, romantic couples seeking a getaway, or a girls' weekend retreat, this charming cottage has undergone a complete remodel. Recline on the porch swing, savor the gentle breeze, and take in the picturesque lakeview.
Spacious double lot offers private space with ample parking for boats and all guests. Avoid the crowds at Cassels-Boykin Boat Ramp with the private community boat ramp (for a nominal launch fee).
Swim beach is just over 1 mile or public Cassels-Boykin less than 20 miles.
The cabin has been remodeled with a mini-master suite complete with full laundry and bathroom. Secondary bedroom has two queen beds. Equipped with StarLink internet, 50-inch TV with all streaming services this is the perfect blend of relaxing in nature with modern conveniences.
