The Location
This property is ideally located for exploring some of the best recreation and attractions Western Colorado has to offer.

In the winter, head toward Telluride and experience the slopes along the scenic Lizard Head Pass. During the warmer months, enjoy world-class fly fishing on the Gunnison or Uncompahgre River, explore the mountainous terrain, or spend the day hiking and sightseeing at Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

Looking for incredible fall colors? Take a scenic lift ride in Telluride and enjoy the changing landscape from above. Want to relax after a day of adventure? Visit the famous hot springs in Ouray. Prefer a little shopping and dining? Downtown Montrose is just a short drive away.

The Home
As you drive onto the 37-acre farm, you'll immediately feel yourself begin to relax. Beautiful scenery surrounds the property, with horses grazing nearby and mountain and wilderness views in every direction.

Inside, the home has a comfortable, welcoming layout with plenty of space to relax, work, gather, and enjoy time together.

The lower level features a cozy living room with comfortable couches that pull out into a twin bed, a smart TV, and a multi-use desk that's perfect for working, playing games, or catching up with friends and family.

Just off the living room is a bedroom with a queen bed. Down the hallway, you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom.

At the end of the hallway is a convenient bonus mini kitchen, providing additional space for snacks, drinks, and easy meal preparation.

Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with a queen bed. Just off this bedroom is a covered, screened porch where you can relax and enjoy beautiful evening sunsets.

The spacious kitchen includes everything you'll need during your stay, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and a variety of appliances. The dining table provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals, play games, or gather with friends and family.

Down the hallway is another full bathroom, followed by the master bedroom, which features a queen bed and beautiful views of Mount Sneffels and the surrounding wilderness.

-The owners live in the main house, which is attached to the rental. The rental is a private space, and you’ll have your own separate area during your stay. The owners may be around the property during your visit.

- The property is located in a peaceful rural setting
- Outdoor adventures and hiking are available nearby
- Please observe the 15 MPH speed limit on the property roads — we're a farm, not a racetrack, and our potholes prefer a leisurely pace!
- Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with important arrival details. Two hours before check-in, a text message will be sent with the property address and your smart-lock door code.
