We wanted to build a nice holiday home, villa, where we could relax and recharge the batteries and we think that's precisely what we succeeded. Also the short distance to the town Borgarnes and Stykkishólmur, where you can find all necessities, and to the Capital Reykjavík, is a very big advantage.

Location - The location of the house is ideal for exploring the west side of Iceland, especially Snæfellsnes peninsula. There are short driving distances to many beautiful places in the nature such as waterfalls, craters and the famous Snæfellsjökull glacier with all its glory and Power. Museums and historical places are also nearby. There is only about 30 minutes drive to the nearest town, Borgarnes to the South and 30 minutes to Stykkishólmur to the North, where you can find for example a swimming pool, golf course, shops, bakery, restaurants, library and health care.
