We were there for 4 nights with kids 12,14 and 16yo so the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. Parking spot was a huge bonus and was biggest reason we stayed outside of downtown. Only negative was a small table that didn't fit us all and it would have been nice to have more living room seating. There was room for an oversized chair off to the side in the main room. Amenities galore. We always tak extra TP, soap, garbage bags but they were fully stocked. Great experience. We do like to eat in more but there weren't many others that were as affordable with this many beds and baths so if the stove is a must, then this one might not work. We did air fryer one night and had to eat most other meals out.

Newly renovated and very lean property in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Cambridge, close to all the downtown attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Place, Great Location

Had a great time during our stay. The location was phenomenal. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and bars! Very clean and very well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Very clean and comfortable for 5 adults. We walked all over Boston from the VRBO, and the parking space was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We enjoyed the location and the clean, modern apartment. It's great to have a grocery store so close and to have a parking spot on the property. The place was very spacious.

The property was very clean. We had everything we needed, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and coffee. The location was very convenient for us. The en suite shower was the nicest feature. Everything was clean and modern, the only drawback was things were falling apart a bit, the cabinet doors, the kitchen faucet and there were aspects that just seemed unfinished. All in all, we have no complaints and we would stay there again.

Great apartment

This was a really nice place and convenient location. Only thing I would add is TVs in bedrooms and keep in mind there is no stove if you are trying to cook anything. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Close to Boston

We enjoyed our vacation in Boston at this rental. It is close to downtown. The rental was just as described. Plenty of towels, linens and comfortable beds. It was warm in Boston, so the air conditioning was nice to have, and the rental comes with parking for your car which is also a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and the location was very convenient. We found it very easy to walk to Charlestown and Boston from the apartment. A grocery store is literally a block away and a Dunkin Donuts is right around the corner. We discovered several of the area restaurants and were impressed with the quality of food and price. As mentioned in another review, the kitchen faucet is still in need of repair but worked fine. Our only suggestions would be to add a larger coffee maker, consider an electric tea pot and room darkening curtains. Everything functioned well and we liked the on-demand hot water heater. You could not here local traffic as it was very quiet. The manager was quick to respond to our messages and made our stay comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here, along with 2 of our adult children, visiting our adult daughter who lives in Boston (who, like most young adults in Boston, lives in an apartment with no room for visiting family!). The good:- Apartment was clean, reasonably sized and with very comfortable beds!- Location was good, with pretty good access to the T, and reasonable Uber rates.- Very safe feeling neighborhood, and reasonably quiet.- In unit clothes washer and dryer.- Very friendly, and super responsive host (see below). The not so good:- Upon arrival, we could not gain access to the apartment. The key code was not working. There was no phone contact info, so we used the VRBO messaging system, to contact the owner, and explain the problem. No reply after 30 minutes, so we called VRBO customer support. To make a long story short, VRBO could not get ahold of the ‘owner’ which was actually not the owner, but rather the property management firm the owner was using. Eventually the property management company texted us, and repeatedly kept asking us to ‘try again’ (it was obvious to us that the keypad or batteries were dead). After about 90 minutes of this, the property management firm contacted the actual owner (Ash). Ash immediately came over, was very apologetic, and confirmed the keypad was indeed dead. He gained us access to the apartment, we figured out a temp plan, and the keypad was replaced shortly. The way Ash handled this was first rate. RECOMMEND!
