Kick back and relax in this cozy warm and inviting, location. Relax inside, or take in some surroundings. Enjoy a walk outdoors on the walking/cycling path across the street. Private entrance and locked gate. It is located on a corner so there is lots of free street parking, as well as one free parking space on the property. Two full levels of comforting space for you to enjoy.
Close to many ammenities! Groceries, Tim's, A&W, Little Ceasar's Pizza, Shopper's Drug Mart, and more! Just blocks away from the Big Marble Go Center (wave pool, skating rinks and exercise facility) and the BMX Track.
This location is the lower 2 levels of my home. After entering through the coded locked gate, you have a private entrance, using the back door. With a video doorbell and a touchscreen coded lock. You have a full living area with a well equipped small kitchen, & eating area. The eating area also makes a nice work space. On the lower level, you have a laundry area, 3 piece bathroom, and a bedroom with one queen bed. There are drawers within the bedroom with a closet area. It is all completely newly renovated. And it is private.
I live upstairs and I have a dog. He is super friendly! He’s well trained and you may see him in my portion of the yard on nice days. He will greet you with a bark and a wagging tail. His name is Gunner
