Head to the Snowflake Chairlift within 75 yards of the property, then ski back via the Lower Sawmill trail. Perfect family ski destination at a 5-Star Ski-in/Ski-out Resort gives you accessibility to the slopes while still maintaining a quiet retreat just a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle of Main Street..

One bedroom suite features a king bed, a sleeper sofa in the living area, a full bathroom and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with free garage parking and a complimentary shuttle to town.

The one-bedroom residences at Grand Timber Lodge offer all the conveniences of a full-sized condominium with granite countertops, gas fireplace, a private balcony, master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and in-unit washer/dryer.

Nestled next to the Snowflake Chairlift and just a short stroll from downtown Breckenridge, Grand Timber Lodge is without a doubt one of Colorado's finest ski- in, ski-out resorts. Here, you'll find plenty of options to stay busy, including two indoor/outdoor swimming pool, six hot tubs, onsite gas grills, the Refresh Massage Studio, full athletic center with classes, The Boot Bar & Grill, equipment rental, general store, children's play room and activity center, arcade, and premier ski-in/ski-out access! There is a Christy Sports full-service ski rental shop onsite, including overnight ski storage. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs with cascading waterfalls, the Refresh Massage Studio, a fitness area, children’s playground, arcade and more.

Your allotted parking space will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on your check-in day until 10:00 a.m. on your check out date.
