The place was clean, welcoming, and had a beautiful view. Super accessible to so many restaurants, bars, and of course the beach. I had issues getting into the unit when I arrived (it was my fault) and the host answered her phone at 11:45PM to help me out. 10/10 recommend

First time visiting Pensacola Beach. I picked this condo based on the location being central to most of the restaurants and bars. You cannot really get any closer in that regards. The property is right across the road from the boardwalk and is a very short walk to the beach on the other side. Views from the balcony were amazing. You can see the beach and the harbor from the balcony. The property was just as it was in the photos. Everything was clean and well furnished. Parking is in a secure gate. The host checked in a couple of times while we there to make sure everything was going well. I definitely intend to come back and stay at the same place. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to everything without necessarily being on the beach itself.

Spring break stay

The unit was nice and in a great location. Our one main disappointment was the pool is not heated. Was basically unusable due to cold. Would have appreciated this being advertised as we would have likely booked elsewhere.

Amazing rental!!

We were incredibly happy with our rental! It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our trip! We have stayed at most hotels and many condos here in Pensacola Beach and this is definitely one of our new favorites! It’s an easy walk to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. We definitely plan to return! South Harbour condos is a super convenient location and parking is easy with tons of space. The pool looked nice ( you can see it from all the units) but we spent our time at the beach (we rented chairs and umbrellas, the red sets closest to the condo are cheaper than all the others by the way!) And finally, the sunsets… the unit was the perfect place to watch the sunset either from the back patio or from inside the house through one of the two giant sliders.
