Everything from the check in to arranging parking was incredible. Great location and Luca had incredible recommendations. Wonderful property and gracious hosts. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here in Taormina. Appreciated the care that Luca took of us as well as the beautiful furnishings in the house. Great location for easy access to the Duomo and all of main street… but that did result in some street noise late at night and in early mornings (glass recycling!) from the master bedroom. Beautiful city and sights!

The Villa was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. The garden area in the enclosed courtyard was gorgeous. Luca is priceless!! He was very accessible from before our visit, at check-in, and through check-out. He also seamlessly coordinated a valet parking service who met us upon arrival. We appreciate the valet service and would strongly encourage others to utilize it. It totally takes away any traveling stress. The location in the heart of Corso Umberto was within short walking distance of everything including some of the same sites you see in tourist pictures. The Corso Umberto bustles with activity both during the day and into the night, yet you can also find peaceful places if you wish, due to the thick walls, in both the Villa and the courtyard. Beds and pillows, sheets and towels were all high end and very comfortable. The Villa was stocked with basic supplies also and the washer and dryer further enhanced our experience. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Our trip to Taormina was awesome. Our hosts were super responsive and very accommodating. The apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and the Teatro. Would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to get back.

The entire process from booking to checking in to leaving was so easy. Their property manager, Luca, provided so much information prior to our arrival as well as answering any questions we had while we were there. The hosts were great about constant communication throughout the entire process. The property is located right along the Main Street in Taormina and provided easy access to everything. The house is very clean and had a lot of amenities. Overall we lived our experience.

The photos don’t do this apartment justice! The location couldn’t be better yet there is still excellent, private outdoor space. Perfect for a group.

The property was in the center of town. Perfect location! Our property manager, Luca, was very helpful. He gave us many recommendations and all were excellent choices. I would recommend this location to anyone considering a visit to Taormina.

The location is fantastic! The property is located up one of the wider alleys, up a few of flight of stairs, which though in the heart of Taormina, feels like you are in a neighborhood. The small garden patio is wonderful, serene and private. The house is beautiful, comfortable and udpated wtih anything you would possibly need including a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are all roomy. The bathrooms are updated and very nice as well. I loved the tile! The decor was very well done.Luca, was able to get some groceries we needed ahead of our arrival. All of the sites, shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. We loved the Blue Sky Bar which was literally just a few steps up from the property and up an elevator with stunning views.The parking garage Catania was an easy 5 minute walk to the property and very easy to use.

Gorgeous central home-away-from-home

A beautiful peaceful oasis right off the main tourist drag. The space felt both modern and historical, with local art and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The beds were a dream. We loved the private courtyard and also the big master bedroom with huge windows to throw open for the view of the bustle below. It's an easy stroll from the multi-level car park down the road, with only one short stretch of stairs. We felt like we were staying in a friend's home. Bring earplugs as there is some inevitable night noise from the Corso Umberto.

Serenity in town center

This is a newly completed apartment a few steps up from the main thoroughfare of Corso Umberto, yet when inside, we had total quiet. We had a bit of trouble learning how to use the amenities but the host was patient and totally helpful and responsive by text in spite of the fact he had just come down with flu. The location couldn't be better. I have knee problems, so appreciated the few steps needed to get down to the Corso for sightseeing, shopping and dining. All of which were within a comfortable stroll from the apartment. We were there in December, but the private garden would be really nice in warmer weather. The beds are comfortable, The bathrooms are modern and well thought out for travelers needs. The Kitchen and lounge area are well equipped and we loved sitting in the lounge at the end of the day planning the next day. The washer and drier were welcome after a week of touring before arriving.

A Hidden Gem on Corso Umberto

We stayed in Taormina for three nights and couldn’t have picked a better location. The house is right at the start of Corso Umberto, so you step outside straight into the town’s lively centre. Perfect for exploring on foot.The property is spacious, beautifully renovated, and full of eclectic character. There is a lovely private courtyard with jasmine and lemon trees, ideal for outdoor breakfasts in cooler months. While one bedroom overlooks Corso Umberto, the house does not offer sweeping views, so it is worth managing expectations if that is a priority.The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, with a great balance of old charm and modern touches. Driving in Taormina can be difficult, but our host Luca helped us arrange valet parking which made everything much easier.Luca was fantastic throughout. Responsive, thoughtful, and full of local tips. He helped us arrange a birthday surprise and shared suggestions for the next leg of our trip.We would happily stay again, either here or in one of Luca’s other properties. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well located, characterful stay with warm and attentive hosting.

Absolutely beautiful place,from check in with Lucca who was great he helped with any of ours needs. Location was perfect steps away from the main square and restaurants and shopping. This location was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back

Everything was absolutely perfect from the check-in to the description and the area was absolutely perfect. Lucca met us at our drop off point which was only a few steps from the house. Pictures of the house does not do it justice. It’s absolutely beautiful. Me and my family are absolutely coming back to Casa de Regina. Thank you for making our stay great. Would highly recommend this house if you’re coming to Taormina.
