Very cool home with tons of character! Host was informative and very helpful. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities a ton due to this being a work trip but it was defintely set up well for a vacation getaway. Would definitely book again.

The property is perfect for a family attending Boston College graduation. Clean, comfortable, and everything you could possibly need. Our family particularly enjoyed the recreation room downstairs. Owner is responsive and genuinely cares about making sure your stay is perfect. Would not hesitate a second to stay again.

This property was beautiful and met or exceeded all our expectations for our family vacation. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The house, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, is beautiful and spacious with updated amenities throughout. It is very clean and well stocked. The recreation room and pool area are wonderful. The host is wonderful. He is very easy to deal with and went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we had. He responds quickly to any communications. The neighborhood location is easy to get to from the major highways. There is shopping and dining nearby and it is close to attractions in Boston. I highly recommend this property and would definitely book again if the occasion arises.

The house is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood and borders a wooded area, so privacy is excellent. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The dining room can comfortably seat nine people. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level, and one bedroom and one shower room on the basement level. All bathrooms have high-end features. The basement also includes several high‑end entertainment features. The fourteen stairs leading to the basement are somewhat steep and narrow, but the sturdy banister provides good safety.The pool was clean, well maintained, and well equipped. It is mostly shaded for most hours of the day.The host was superbly quick, helpful, and accommodating with any questions, and respected our privacy by coordinating pool maintenance around our schedule.Overall, this was a perfect accommodation for three generations, from toddlers and up.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot!

Had a wonderful, peaceful stay at this beautiful home in Newton! This is an up-to-date, comfortable house offering plenty of room and privacy for family or friend groups. The home has brand new appliances and fully modernized bathrooms, and is extremely clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens!

Beautiful location convenient to Boston

This spacious home is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood only minutes from downtown Boston and Cambridge. Upscale shopping and dining are just around the corner. The host Serguei was extremely helpful and responsive.

Amazing house when visiting Boston!

Owner was amazing and very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. House provided everything we needed for a group of 8 people. Check in and check out were very easy. House had amazing amenities that had my entire group wishing we could stay longer. Will definitely be booking this location ahain soon!

Newton Villa

We were in town attending a Firefighter convention in Boston. This villa was in excellent condition and met all of our expectations. Serge was a wonderful host!

The house was fully stocked with anything that you could need or want. The Host was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and had little amenities like bedside chargers for your phone. The pool was beautiful. He even included floats and pool toys ready for our kids to use. Overall, the house was very clean and in very good condition. We would definitely stay here again. Location wise, it was an easy trip into Boston and had great access to the major highways.Wonderful stay!

Wonderful, responsive host. Impeccably clean and well prepared home with attention to details. We would certainly stay here again. The beds were comfortable, plenty of rooms to converse or work quietly. The game room was a wonderful space to spend downtime. Chestnut Hill mall and Wegmans is nearby if you need anything. Driving into Boston was easy as well. We stayed in October so we didn’t use the pool but it certainly looked like it would be a great space to relax in.
