We absolutely loved this house! It was clean, cozy and perfect for what my family needed. The host was very accommodating, making sure everything was up to par! She provided us with beach chairs and even offered us her personal fishing rods to use there at the house. Her husband even offered to clean the fish that we caught! And my favorite part was there dog, Cricket! Such a sweetie! I highly recommend this location. If I ever go back to Port Isabel, this is where I'm staying!

Very clean and spacious. All the amenities we needed including coffee maker, washer/dryer, big fridge and freezer, spacious living area and bedrooms. The host was amazing! Friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

Very clean and plenty of room. Kitchen fully stocked. Really enjoyed the large deck and did some fishing from deck. Caught 4 small fish. Had fun. Would stay again. Location was very good.

Family Reunion
This house was the perfect spot for my family of five, my parents and our dog. The rooms were comfortable, the house provided everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved the huge deck! We were very happy with our stay and will plan to come back.

Family Getaway
Beautiful property! Two streets away from the causeway to SPI. Very quiet neighborhood with a deck for fishing. Big enough for bigger families without feeling like you’re stepping on one another. Will definitely book it again!

Spring break 2024
We loved our stay! The deck was perfect for sitting outside at night and enjoying each other’s company. There was plenty of room for everyone and the owners were so hospitable. Thank Captain Bill for us! He even took us on a boat ride! Just the sweetest people. We will definitely stay here the next time we come down.

Relaxed in a Storm
Bill and Sandy were wonderful people to be dealing with. They kept us calm while we were there and helped us with information and ideals to help us through our days there. The storm showers came and went the 5 days we stayed. But the place was beautiful. The view from the deck as we watch the rain pass over, we’ll always remember the comfort of it. The place it self was more than enough for my family. It had everything we needed to rest and relax. Thanks Bill and Sandy for everything. Until next time.

Spacious - they thought of everything!
O. M. G. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed in the SPI area! Sandy & Bill thought of everything you could need for a weeks stay! Spices, foil, plastic wrap, TP, paper towels, fully stocked kitchen! Even some water in the fridge! Plenty of room for a family gathering. Various places to sit & eat inside & out. Laundry supplies & a large washer & drier in the unit. Nice size bedrooms with plenty of places to hang clothes & dressers, too. Lots of living space to enjoy. Plenty of towels & beach towels. Even a beach umbrella! Lots of pillows & blankets. If you are flying here, just bring your clothes & a few toiletries. The showers had great pressure & were stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plenty of free parking, too! Sandy & Bill are right downstairs if you need them & great people! Wonderful to work with! Highly recommend staying here! Hope to be back in the near future!

What an amazing find! This property is on a BEAUTIFUL canal in Port Isabel and we were surprised at how big it was! All the amenities we needed were there and the host was constantly reaching out asking if there was anything else we needed! Beds were super comfortable, location was super close to everything we wanted to see and do, everything was literally perfect. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Port Isabel/SPI!

We stayed at this location so we could be in the Texas 200 Regatta. We used the boat dock/slip to park our boat. Our hosts went out of their way to help us navigate the area, gave us directions to the local boat ramp, made ice for our ice chests, and even offerred to come get us if we got stuck while sailing. The house was set up with everything one would need to feed a family and is very clean and well maintained. The deck is a great place to relax as this is a very quiet area, The restaurants we ate at for breakfast and dinner were both within walking distance and the food was great at both.

Our daughter and family came down to spend a few days with us,we suggested a house,sure glad we did!

We are a retired couple living in Port Isabel, Texas. We have been here since 2001. We previously had a property manager for our home with many happy guests, but we decided to give it a try on our own to save guests from all of the extra fees for cleaning and service. We have enjoyed sharing our home. It is so nice to see others enjoy the property with family and friends. We give guests all of the privacy they want while also being available for assistance and recommendations.
