Exactly what we needed. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to a quaint town. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very easy to work with.

A Gem in Waldron!

I stay at short-term rentals almost every month for work, all through the Ozarks and the Ouachitas and believe me when I say this is seriously one of the very best places! Immaculately clean and super comfortable, we are looking forward to next time!

Thanksgiving in Waldron.

This was our second time visiting this property in a year and we are looking forward to coming back again. The house has everything we need to make our stay comfortable when visiting family in the area. The home is well stocked with the little things that made our stay easy and stress free.

Exceptional

The home had all that we needed and more - updated interior, soft beds, well stocked kitchen, front/back deck, and plenty of space to relax. The home has good outdoor lighting if you are coming and going after dark. Includes a paved drive and covered parking space, too. We hope to stay here again.

“Home away from home” - a fitting name

This property has all the conveniences of home. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee pods and tea bags. Everything was clean. The owner did a great job of communicating. The neighborhood was very quiet. The only improvements we might suggest is some new bed pillows (fluffier options) and dropping the price. Our overall experience was a five out of 5 stars.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately our rate is $140 per night for 3 bdrms, 2 bath & a full kitchen. If you can find a hotel at $100 per night you would not have these extras. We appreciate the pillow suggestion and are ordering new ones now. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

This three bedroom home, was very modern, up-to-date, very clean, made us feel very comfortable. Nice appliances, nice beds, only downfall for us, was my 95-year-old dad had a very hard time getting into the shower. Did not use the Jacuzzi tub. We had taken truck in 24 foot trailer with two side-by-side on it. Had a very hard time getting them into the driveway/yard. But that was our only problems. Everything else was beyond expectation. And one last note. The air conditioner had been struck by lightning before we got there and did not have central air. Had to use a window, air unit and fan blowing throughout the house. But which will be fixed ASAP, just wasn’t while we were there. But we were still very comfortable.

The property was quaint and made for a good jump point for our daily excursions. We did experience a bit of an inconvenience the a/c had went out day of, the owners put a window unit and fans in the home and gave us option for a refund. We chose to keep the rental and accept a discount back for the inconvenience. All the accommodations were satisfactory and the house was pretty clean, the back deck and outdoor seating area could use some attention, tall weeds and debris didnt make for a pleasurable time when we grilled however the TV and streaming options were a great plus as was the jacuzzi tub, really enjoyed that! All in all it was a fairly pleasant stay for our little weekend getaway.
