The full-sized bathroom, along with a closet, a washer and dryer, and a small kitchen, elevates the living experience significantly. The kitchen comes equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffeemaker, ensuring that all essentials are at your fingertips. With all furniture, essentials, linens, and appliances being brand new, you can expect a fresh and pristine environment to unwind in after exploring the local area.

The Neighborhood:
The private drive has multiple new homes that have been built in the past few years. It's a mix of young professionals, older individuals, and everyone is friendly but generally keeps to themselves.

Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended, but you could easily UBER or walk to just about anything you'd need.

Interaction with Guests:
We live in the main house full-time, and were very intentional about making it as private as possible. We do use the garage, and may see you in passing, but respect your privacy and will be friendly if we see you :).
