The location was perfect….quiet, secure with most amenities to make our stay relaxing after being out and about in the cultural and social life of this great city.The security personnel were friendly and helpful.The apartment was comfortable and well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation were excellent and in walking distance to so many things. The area was very safe, even at night time to take a stroll. The parks nearby, where an excellent place to do yoga and to do light exercise overall five stars.

Mexico City

We had a great stay at this location. Walking out the door to an array of differt eating venues was fantastic. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were well sized. Our guest, my wifes cousin said that for a location in the city, it was very big by most standards there. I would definitely stay here again. As a bonus, the city is beautiful! And there was a quick response, despite the language difference to all my questions. Including food recommendations in the area.

The place was not chic in any way. In fact it was extremely sterile. There was no filtered water which we should have known in advance. When the last night and morning we had no electricity or water, the host was non responsive or apologetic.

We loved having this as a home base, it was easy to catch an uber on our one-way street and extremely clean. There are many families with young children nearby. The neighborhood was really quiet at night other than some enthusiastic dogs. I appreciated the security guys and our private laundry. The fan and windows made for a comfortable space (we visited in April). The two bedrooms share a view of a tiny courtyard through the windows, but fyi you can also see into each others rooms. Expect to hear your neighbors above and below moving around/dropping things, but quiet hours were well respected. Also expect cold showers (small amount of hot water). The countertop filtered water is not potable per our host.We were asked to sign a receipt for our deposit which i understand is done in some places, but the host never arrived with it when expected so this must not have been critical. The couch is not super comfy, but what are you doing in your apartment, go see the city!As for the neighborhood - The corner brunch spot was always busy despite their limited menu, seemed to be a tourist and expat spot but great chilequiles, and the French bakery was yummy, if you want French pastries. You are a block or two from the Parque Mexico which we only visited on our last night and realized what we had been missing! Take a walk or two, even after dark it feels safe and friendly. You will do just fine if you speak only minimal Spanish and people are very patient with communication. Enjoy!!

It took us over 2 hours to check in. It’s an apartment with a combination number lock at the door and it took for ever to get the combination number to get in the apartment. Internet is very poor and doesn’t work all the time. The TV only works with local channels. We went during World Cup and had to go to near bars to watch the games. We checked out and left the apartment immaculate and still waiting for our deposit. NEVER AGAIN
