Nestled amidst the picturesque Catskill Mountains, our modern cabin offers a perfect blend of contemporary comfort and rustic charm. Situated on a generous 5-acre property, this cozy getaway promises a tranquil escape surrounded by soaring pine trees and the soothing sounds of a hidden creek at the end of a scenic trail. There’s also a fenced-in area for pets. Enjoy our fire pit and patio in the backyard while hosting family and friends. EV 220V (bring your own charger) & Spinn coffee maker.

The Space:
The home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor. The home is about 1600 square feet with an open layout. There are 2 entrances to the home, 1 in the front of the home the other entrance is accessed through the backyard. There is plenty of room in the front and back of the home to enjoy the outdoors. We have a hammock in between 2 trees in the front of the home and a long trail in the back of the property that leads to a creek. If you would like a shorter stay than the minimum please feel free to reach out to us. There is also a Tesla charging station.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the basement.

The Neighborhood:
Peaceful location with country roads and mountain vistas. Great for hiking, bike riding or just a friendly walk with your pet. 10 minutes to the Andes, Delhi, Bovina and Hamden. Also enjoy golfing just down the hill in Delhi. Plus enjoy kayaking 30 min away in Downsville. During winter months you can visit Platekill mountain and enjoy skiing and tubing. We are also only 40 minutes away from Roscoe, the fly fishing capital of the world.

Getting Around:
You most definitely need a vehicle to get around. During winter months we recommend having an AWD or 4X4 vehicle to get around.
