Kevin could not have been more accommodating, he even took us to the grocery store when we arrived. If we needed something he saw to it we got it.

Cute little studio

It’s a cute little facility, but the cleanliness upon arrival was quite questionable. Plenty of street noise and barking dogs. Nice view over Bahia de Banderas. The kitchen could use some more dishes and a microwave. An information sheet with contact information is essential, Kevin.

Thank you for the note Lloyd! I'll be sure to talk with the cleaning crew. That would have been great to know the numerous times we checked in with you via texts during your stay. Microwave will be added in the future, most people like the Air Fryer. And sadly the barking dogs are outside of our control. Not everyone cares for dogs like most people are used to in the States and even though they are a good distance away you can still hear them from time to time. Trust you had a safe journey back home!

Amazing apartment with great views

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights and were greeted at check in by Kevin who is a very kind and accommodating person! He showed and explained everything we would need to know about the space. The apartment is fabulous with all the amenities one would need. We loved the projector setup. It is quite a challenging walk back up the hill which some may struggle with but we managed just fine, or it’s just a couple minute uber, but the views are definitely worth it! Would definitely return to Kevin’s.

Hi there! I've been living in Vallarta the last 5 years and began creating this property last year. Although I am new(er) to being a host in Mexico, I have stayed at many other rentals through my travels. This spot is more than just a rental, its my home. I am opening it up to create some more opportunities to travel and explore.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The Serenity. Being away from the majority of the people in the Center, yet being only a quick drive or 10 min walk down hill away makes it very convenient. I really enjoy having a private gate, surrounded by nature, and having a peaceful energy all around. Also, there is a really cute and friendly neighbors dog (bulldog) that likes to come say hi from time to time.

Wow, where do I begin? Its a fully custom build and design. It's on a private access street from a main road with its own gate, so never any worries about safety. The big windows are great for natural light, and there are so many projects still to create on the property. I really enjoy the large space in front which offers a panoramic view of the ocean in a private setting. Whether its doing some yoga in the rising, or enjoying a book in the afternoon, or even a sunset in the evening, its a great spot.
