Great little pet friendly beach property

This was the perfect location and size for my two daughters, myself and our dog. Loved the fenced in yard, proximity to beach and low key neighborhood, and ability to take our dog on the beach during off season.

Clean and Close to the Beach

Clean. Neat. Close to the beach! If that’s more comfortable in the bathrooms clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to do the minimal cooking we were doing. Very close to a neighborhood favorite restaurant. I was able to walk down every morning. Sit on the seawall and listen to the ocean.

Summer vacation

We were so happy with this house. We loved everything about it. We liked it so much that we were going to message the owner about booking next t summer. If you book this house you will love it. We did!!! We needed norhing..super cute house 🏠

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed the north end of the island, the house was a short walk to the beach, house was small but had all we needed ! We would recommend it !

Great getaway close to beach!

Property is on a nice quiet street with great access to beach. Cathy was great to deal with and we enjoyed our stay.

1 Summer Vacation Week

The condo is a perfect place for our week vacation. There is a parking driveway for ease of parking. Just a short walk to the beach. The bus stop is just across the street for an easy commute available 24 hours to all the casinos in Brigantine down to Atlantic City.

We were okay with small, but...

The listing and photos made it clear that the place was small. We had no problem with the close quarters. It was myself, my boyfriend, and our small dog that stayed for the week. It was very close to the beach, the dog beach, and the Pirates Den for meals. We've been to Brigantine before and were familiar with the area. We were, though, disappointed that the televisions/cable in the bedrooms did not work, nor did the grill in the backyard. These were amenities promised in this listing and counted on. Positives - close to beach, close to dog beach, washer and dryer available. Negatives - bedroom televisions not working, grill not working, and could be made more functional for its tiny size (nowhere for toiletries in bathrooms, etc).

Short but successful stay!

Perfect place in coming down to family reunion with 2 elderly parents. everything was easily accessible. Cathy was great to make sure I had everything I needed. previous comments accurate. Second bathroom was tiny but did what it needed to do. would stay again.

Clean, quiet, nice amenities

I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen's pots & pans, dishes, etc. I planned to eat in alot since there's not many good convenient places to go out to eat. The BBQ grill and big yard is great to hang out. Beach chairs and tags a nice touch but there were no bikes. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the unit. The one bathroom was tight with a toilet like on an airplane and a ceiling that needs paint. All n' all a nice quiet place to stay with family and near the beach where you can bring your dog. Bring bug spray - the greenhead flies are relentless.

Bright and sunny!

Cathy is a fantastic owner who is responsive and caring. The rooms were exactly as described, and I found everything needed for a vacation week. The backyard and outdoor shower are terrific, and the area is quiet, clean and beautiful. The beach and ocean were gorgeous, and I would highly recommend this property. My suggestion for improvement is to replace the mattresses, which were uncomfortable as well as have the cleaning crew attend to the mattress covers and the cleanliness of the bathroom floor. I had to wash the mattress cover and clean the larger bathroom. I left one spot between the toilet and radiator so Cathy could see what I was referring to. She also came immediately to replace the mattress covers, which is a testament to her commitment. All else was perfect!

Cozy comfortable cottage type home with everything one needs for a week at the beach. Nice fenced back yard for children but a small dog can get out under the gate door. It is an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower is great for leaving the sand out side. Nice front patio to enjoy morning coffee, comfortable furniture in both front and back. Down side is the master bedroom bathroom. especially the toilet. Knees almost touch the wall in a sitting position. The window A/C units are on the noisy side making watching TV with them on impossible. We met the owner and she is very nice. Worth the money but if one wants luxury like quiet Central A/C, large bedrooms, large master bathroom and big comfortable beds which come with a bigger price tag I encourage you to look else ware. If you use the house linens they must be washed and folded before you check out at 10am.

Great Place to Stay -- So Close To the Beach

We loved our stay at the beach house. The unit was clean and decorated in a beach theme. We stayed with our extended family - one family rented the upstairs unit and the rest stayed in the downstairs unit. It was perfect! Large fenced in yard was great. Nice to have so much off-street parking. The owner, Cathy, was so nice to deal with. She showed us another place she has, which was also close by, for future needs. Highly recommend any property Cathy has. She really treated us great. Can't wait to come back next year.

Great price, close to beach

Closer to the beach than I thought! Nice town, very close to AC (but not too close) Condo has everything described, including very useful Washer/Drier. Looking forward to staying next year.

SOOO....... RELAXING !!!!!!!!!

Thank you Cathy for a wonderful stay. Your condo was everything & more. We had more than enough room & everything was so clean. Our little dog loved the backyard as much as we did. This is the first time we"ve been able to take him along , we look forward to doing this a lot more . Beautiful beach & GREAT LOCATION. !! Looking forward to our next adventure. I will definetly be looking into any of Cathy "s properties in the future she"s very accomadating , Thank you again...

Great place to unwind and then have fun.

My first impression was that this property was very clean, and that is very important to me. You can see that major updating had been done which is also a good feeling. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great views, and a great beach within walking distance. Cathy is a very caring person and it shows in her properties. Cathy has several other properties which are all updated and clean. I have stay at all of Cathy's properties and depending on what is available and the size of our group determines which one we will stay at. I would HIGHLY recommend each and every property. Best wishes for a Magical experience.

Incredible location! Room for the whole family.

This is a terrific condo that's very close the beach. We were there off season (Oct-April) but enjoyed the beach almost every day. The interior looks like it was recently remodeled with new appliances, floor, counter, etc. Three flat screen TVs, plus onsite laundry. In addition to being so close to the beach, it is also in close proximity to the bay side as well. Around the corner is a great restaurant, but there is also full size kitchen if you want to stay in. The owner was incredible - very responsive and accommodating. I'd recommend this condo for anyone who wants to experience a terrific island community.
