Our property entrance is monitored for your security with ring door bell and security camera in the garden.
After two years of construction we are back and better than ever! We are offering a beautiful spotless, room with a queen bed and a bathroom luxury apartment . The bathroom have granite top counter, heated floors walk in shower. 100 year old refurbished wood floors throughout, centralized air conditioning system, washer and dryer.
**Laundry Detergent is not included.
I do reside on the top floor of the town house but I am renting the bottom floor. Please when sending a request to book specify the amount of people will be in your party.
PARKING is available on our street, please apply online for visitor parking on Washington DC parking website.
It is a block away from a coffee shop, and 28 restaurants, as well as a block away from the Eastern Market blue and orange metro line. 5 blocks from Supreme Court, US Capital, library of Congress. It is steps away from the entire DC area!

Great location if you don’t mind to walk a little. The monuments are easily accessible. Check in and out was seamless and host communicated quickly and effectively.

The accommodations were lovely! A quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from The Capitol and lots of restaurants! Extremely clean and the most comfortable bed!! Enise was a gracious host and had excellent communications. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place. The location can't be beat. Within a block or two was access to the Metro, many different dining establishments and many small markets. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe and easy to navigate. Whether you are visiting friends/family, our great capital with all its many sites, or just want to get away, this is your place.

Enise is the most gracious host. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the best it could be. Charming and clean place to stay. Walking distance to the Capitol and Eastern Market. Wonderful and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and great restaurants/shops nearby. Will be staying here again on our next trip to DC!

This was a great location with access to the capital in a very quant neighborhood. Short walking distance to a host of restaurants on 8th Street.This serves as a great home base for getting around DC. The owner was very responsive throughout the process.

Quick Work Trip
Location was PERFECT for a few days of hill visits. Short walk to Capitol Hill and the nearby neighborhood has so many restaura options. Very convenient!

The stay was very pleasant and very comfortable. There was a substantial cleaning fee for accommodations that included only a bedroom and bath (no kitchen). And to then make the occupant responsible for stripping the bed seemed unfair.

Quaint and quiet Eastern Market place
In a historic residential neighborhood. Just blocks from the Metro Station and many restaurants. Fun outdoor market on the weekends.

Capital Hill Delight
Quiet apartment. Prime location in Capital Hill neighborhood. Easy walking distance to Metro, restaurants and some sites. Enise is very friendly and helpful.

Great location
The property was pristine and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully done. In addition, the location was perfect. We were able to walk to various restaurants, the Eastern Market, the Capitol and other buildings of interest to us. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this unit!

Charming
This charming rental was perfect and met all our needs. We loved that everything was in walking distance, including restaurants. It was a wonderful, safe neighborhood even in the evenings. Excellent!

Our stay was very nice and worked well for us. We did not realize on booking this that there was not a television nor any way to make coffee in the morning. Some may find this objectionable so just letting you know.

Amazing location!
This was my first time visiting DC and this was the perfect location we could have found.
The owner was communicative and helpful with suggestions for how to spend some of our downtime (eastern market breakfast, farmers market, restaurants close to the VRBO).
We will be back!

Nice place!
Convenient to coffee, food, and Metro to get around DC. Close enough to walk to Mall attractions.Could have used a coffee machine or hot water machine for personal drinks. Front door needs a better seal. Though small, I recommend staying here.

Capitol Walk
Very clean and peaceful location in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to the Capitol. Walking around the corner and one block to coffee, breakfast and several local restaurants and businesses. Felt very comfortable and safe there the whole time. Plan to go back.
