Very cozy home with views of the Pintler Mountain Range and Discovery Ski Hill. A new hot tub installed to enjoy the view to Discovery Ski Basin. Right in the heart of Philipsburg and all its amazing recreational activities. All town is within a short walk from your front door. Granite Ghost Town is a short 20 minute drive away. Fishing, skiing, and two wonderful lakes also a short drive away. Large front and back yard. Property sits on 5 city lots.

Very clean, comfortable and a lot bigger than expected. Handy location to Philipsburg businesses and close enough to access Anaconda. The single bathroom might be problematic for a large group but as there was just 3 of us it was fine. Water pressure in the shower was impressive

Felt like I was staying at Grandmas house after she got a hot tub! It’s a time capsule in the rough leave your hair tools home there’s no plug ins in the bathroom. The cozy living room and hot tub completes your evenings. We also brought our pups! They loved the spacious fenced yard! Philipsburg is charming Dot’s Burgers were amazing!

Lovely place, which is good

Only house for short-term stays in Philipsburg, far as I can tell, so it is good that it is so comfortable and the host made everything so easy.

Louis was a very nice individual. He was very respectful of the house and I could hardly tell he even stayed there. Hope his time in Pburg was great.

Cozy home in a convenient location

From booking to arriving the whole process was smooth and easy. The cozy home is located within walking distance of all the things downtown (though we opted to drive in the chilly Pburg winter weather). Plenty of space to rest and relax, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. Would absolutely book again!

Ski Trip to Discovery

Family reunion to ski! The house was great with lots of room to spread out. The only drawback was just one bathroom when the right up listed a bath and 1/2 bath.

Ice fishing weekend

Older home with plenty of room for 6 and gated yard for dogs. Worked well for a long weekend ice fishing.

Philipsburg weekend

Our family stayed here while in Philipsburg for a weekend youth hockey jamboree. It is a great location with a wonderful view. There was plenty of space for myself and four kids- aged 7- 16. The house was easy to find and the host was great to work with.

Older Home with Nostalgic Vibes

Comfortable and adequate property. Good staging point for our activities in the area. It's an older home, and reminded me of the home I grew up in 50+ years ago. The single bathroom was somewhat limiting for our group of six.

Pburg stay

This was a beautiful property to stay at for the weekend. We used the yard quite a bit. There were fans available to run indoors to continue cool air within the house for the warm weekend. It was an easy walk to downtown for festivities. The host was very prompt on returning messages. Highly recommend!

Friends gathering

Like stepping back in time and visiting an old relative. Not a lot of updates. Missing some basic necessities such as night stands and chairs for the number of people it accommodates. Good communication with owner and overall it served its purpose.

Get what ya pay for

We stayed for a long weekend with our friends. It’s obvious the place is on the market to be sold and so no frills for the stay for sure with very old and tattered decor. Close to town which was nice. The one bedroom had a huge roll of fly paper in the window with dead flies all over the bed and floor, pretty gross. No outlet in the bathroom that works. Shower drain backs up and hot in summer sun. There were fans to put in the windows upstairs at least to cool it down some. Wi-Fi never worked, but we weren’t there for that so didn’t bother contacting host about it.

Wow, where do I start. yes the home is for sale as well as a very popular VRBO. Many people have stayed and appreciated the decor and the home that I grew up in. It is summer in MT and yes there are fly's that get into the house. It is common in the Rocky Mountains this time of year. Sorry they didn't get the memo you were coming and not to gross you out. There are two outlets in the bathroom on either side of the mirror and they both work fine. Plus there is multi outlet in the closet next to the sink. I turned the shower on this morning full tilt and let it run the hot water tank out and there was no sign of a slow drain. As far as Hot goes, there is a free app on your phone that would have let you know that it has been in the upper 90's for the last week and during your stay. If you needed AC you could have cancelled the stay and booked one with it. WiFi is nothing but a lie Karen. I have a text from someone who was with you who called me for help logging in. His text says " Perfect that worked thank you" I have a feeling that Hiltons could not satisfy you.

Very clean, no air conditioning but windows fans you can put in every room, it is cool up there at night. So pack a jacket for nights and shorts during days in June. Everything was great and the host is very responsive.Philipsburg is a super cool town too. Hot tub is nice too with a great view of the mountains. Bring a suit though, no privacy for tub. Fence in back was great for the dogs. We saw deer all day long around the outside of the yard.
