This cozy mountain guest home offers incredible value for small families or couples. Just one street over from Snowbowl Rd! Escape to a home away from home with plenty of space to relax and play, including a game room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sleeping for up to 6, and a small-fenced-in patio complete with seating and a remarkable firepit. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the picturesque 3 acre property that awaits you. Come experience the memorable magic of mountain living at its finest!

***Home does NOT have A/C***

*This is a guest home and the main home can be rented separately for larger groups. Other guest may or not be on the same property in the main home*

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.
Please note: The Foxtail plant is native to this area. This plant can be dangerous (but not poisonous) to animals when inhaled or consumed due to the sharp, barbed seeds. We kindly suggest inspecting your pet`s skin, fur, mouth and nose after each outing.

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.*

-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup

Great locations and great rooms for the kids. Excellent location for star gazing. Only complaint was there was alot of beetles crawling around the floor and kids had a hard time falling asleep because of it.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Mason House from April 11-16, 2026! The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located. The amenities were top-notch and exactly as described. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

It had clean rooms and bathroom. This place had lots of activities to do for the kids and adults. Kitchen had all the utensils in order to cook food.

If you like bicycling, you can go right out the door and ride up Snow Bowl. The stars are amazing and the nights are quiet. It was very friendly for dogs with a doggie door and a fenced in backyard.

When we got there, we noticed a pile of trash in the corner by the stove. Before we left, we put the towels in the washing machine, but there was very little laundry detergent. The place was nice, but I would think about booking somewhere nearer to a coffee shop.

The owners were very communicative. Very easy check in. Nice little home. Great location if you aren’t wanting to stay in town. The couch did have a bunch of dog hair under the cushions which made us not want to sit on it. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The family room was a super cool set up with fun activities. The only thing is there is an outside door in the kids room so we didn’t feel comfortable with them sleeping in that room. Overall, it is a nice location but I don’t feel it is worth the price.

Fabulous Fun Family Getaway

We stayed 3 nights over a long weekend. The property delivered everything promised from a great location (~1 minute away from Snowbowl Base Camp - and tons of hikes!) to a cozy and fun-filled home perfect for some serious family time! The kids room was complete with an air hockey table, basket ball hoop and bunk beds...with a slide! Our kids spent hours entertaining themselves while we cozied up on the couch and relaxed. The back patio, complete with a fire pit, was perfect for cooking S'mores! We made many great memories and look forward to returning in the future! Highly recommend this property.

This is a gem for those visiting Flagstaff! The house is much bigger than expected. It provided everything you will need for a great stay. We especially enjoyed the location and the view on the patio. The host was very accommodating and wonderful. We were staying at the house for a wedding and they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed! Great house we will be back!!
